With the development of medical imaging diagnosis technology,especially the outbreak of COVID-19,the demand for digital mobile X-ray system(Mobile DR)at home and abroad is growing rapidly.Mobile DR is small,flexible and easy to operate,which can meet the special needs of isolation ward,ICU,emergency room,respiratory department and disease control center.Patients can be diagnosed without leaving the isolation ward,avoiding the spread and cross infection of the virus,which has been recognized by more and more medical service institutions.Therefore,researches and upgrades the original Mobile DR of the enterprise,and designs a new Mobile DR power supply and control system: using super capacitor technology to replace the battery as the X-ray power supply of Mobile DR;designing the power input adaptive module,making it compatible with 110 V and 220 V AC input;adding the power energy-saving control,making it energy-saving and efficient;The motion control is optimized to improve the motion performance of Mobile DR.Firstly,studies and summarizes the actual situation of the enterprise’s original Mobile DR,investigates and analyzes the user needs,determines the main objectives of the system,and analyzes the difficulties of the system design.On this basis,the overall design of the system is completed.Secondly,designs the hardware of Mobile DR power supply and control system.The specific content includes the analysis and calculation of the characteristics of super capacitor,the design of super capacitor module to replace lithium battery or lead-acid battery as X-ray power supply of Mobile DR;in order to meet the export needs of products,a power input adaptive system module is designed,which enables Mobile DR to work and charge in the grid power environment of 110 V or 220 V AC,and also can work in the grid power environment or without it.In order to realize uninterrupted power supply,the two modes of power input can be switched freely;the power management board with Atemga1280 as MCU is designed to realize power saving control;the magnetic displacement sensor board is designed to replace the pressure sensor to detect the motion signal input,reduce the difficulty of user motion control,and improve the motion control performance of Mobile DR.Then,designs the software of Mobile DR power supply and control system.The specific content includes the design of embedded software for power saving control,which distinguishes the motion function Gear M and the X-ray function Gear R of Mobile DR,so as to make the system more energy-saving,improve the utilization rate of power supply,extend the standby time and the motion endurance of the whole machine;the design of embedded software for motion control system increases the motion control mode and speed maintaining function,so as to make the motion control of Mobile DR more flexible,more accurate and save energy consumption for sports.Finally,debugs the hardware and tests the Mobile DR power supply and control system.It includes hardware assembly,hardware debugging and system testing.The results of hardware debugging and system testing show that the designed Mobile DR power supply and control system can meet the expected design requirements.
