At present,the main medical institutions mostly sets up their own online booking or telephone registration system,but from the perspective of the running effect of the recent years,appointment registration number allocation and utilization rate is not high.And there are some problems,such as,although there is a unified access platform in business hall,but the hint of appointm ent is not clear,hospital visits table is disunity,there are a variety of phenomena,degree of human-computer interaction is poorer,use extremely is inconvenient,there also have some single PC platform,which is difficult to meet the needs of patients.With the rapid development of the mobile Internet technology,appointment system is linear growth trend,the single appointment already can’t satisfy the needs of users,in order to let users more convenient to provide health related reservation service t o provide technical support,it’s urge to develop the health-appoint portal.Based on this ground,this thesis carries out the platform foregroundThis paper main work includes,analyzes the platform research and development background,summarizes the cur rent status of domestic and foreign status quo,think there exists five aspects problems in our country.The function constraint rules of the system foreground function are analyzed,such as the reservation scope,user information management,cancellation and so on.Analyzes the key foreground business process,including the residents to make an appointment operation process,make an appointment treatment process,the registration process,refund process,stop diagnosis process analysis.Designs the system network structure and three layers framework structure,divides the system function modules,including the home page,according to the hospital to make an appointment,according to the department to make an appointment,according to the centers for disease to make an appointment,announcements,and personal and other functional modules;Designs system database,including e-r diagram and data table structure.Using J2 EE architecture,using the standard three-tier architecture,using the MVC pattern design id ea,the presentation layer is realized by using for Spring MVC,Spring to realize the business layer,mybatis realize persistence mechanism,using remote procedure calls the back-end service platform for the implementation of Dubbo framework,including process implementation and interface implementation.At present this system has been tested in the internal area,from the existing deployment and application platform can provide various medical institutions,including expert,professor,associate professor l evel,resources,provide the appointment for the people,can guide reasonable medical patients,effectively reduce the waiting time of patients,alleviate hospital registration charge peak,use the limited resources to offer better service for patients.
