TGF-β₁ The Study On Serum 25-（OH）D₃ Level And TGF-β₁ Expression In Pathological Tissue Of The Patient With Chronic Sinusitis With Nasal Polyps And Their Correlation Relationship

Objective:Aim to investigate whether the serum 25-（OH）D₃level and the TGF-β₁expression in pathological tissue can affect chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps （CRSw NP）,and to explore whether there is a correlation between them in a certain extent.Methods:47 patients with CRSw NP and 21 patients with maxillary sinus cyst were respectively enrolled into the nasal polyp group and the control group.Among them,the nasal polyps group was divided into two groups,consisting of 22 patients belonging to AR group and 25 patients belonging to non-AR group.25-（OH）D₃level in serum was measured by ELISA.TGF-β₁expression in tissues was measured by IHC,and Image Pro Plus software was used to calculate the average optical density.The aim of applying SPSS 26.0 was to count and contrast the level of 25-（OH）D₃and the expression of TGF-β₁of two groups,and the correlation between the two.25-（OH）D₃level and TGF-β₁expression were analyzed by independent sample t test.The correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.We thought about statistical significance was p<0.05.Results:The serum 25-（OH）D₃level in nasal polyp group（16.97±7.35μg/L）was lower than that in control group（22.07±11.60μg/L）,further,the serum 25-（OH）D₃level in AR group（14.13±5.70μg/L）was lower than that in non-AR group（19.47±7.82μg/L）,while t values were respectively 2.195 and 2.640（P<0.05）.The mean optical density of TGF-β₁in the nasal polyp group was 0.0524±0.0191,while that in the control group was 0.0410±0.0145.The expression of TGF-β₁in the nasal polyp group was higher than that in the control group（t=2.416,P<0.05）.In the nasal polyp group,the mean optical density of TGF-β₁was 0.0538±0.0153 in the AR group and 0.0511±0.0222 in the non-AR group.There was no significant difference between the two groups（t=0.478,P>0.05）.In nasal polyp group,the correlation was-0.338（P<0.05）.Conclusion:25-（OH）D₃level decreased in patients with CRSw NP,while TGF-β₁ expression increased.Patients both with CRSw NP and allergic rhinitis also had lower25-（OH）D₃levels.25-（OH）D₃and TGF-β₁may independently or jointly come into play in the form process of CRSw NP.
