Objective:To explore the relationship between mismatch repair protein and ER,PR,P53,Ki-67 and clinicopathological characteristics in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue.Methods:Collected the complete pathological data of 313 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma diagnosed from January 2017 to November 2020 in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University and First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University.Detected the expression status of MMR protein,ER,PR,P53,Ki-67 in endometrial cancer tissue by immunohistochemical method.Analyzed the relationship between mismatch repair protein and ER,PR,P53,Ki-67 and clinicopathological characteristicsResults:In endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissue,the expression level of Ki-67 was significantly correlated with deficient mismatch repair(P = 0.008).Compared with Ki-67≤ 40%,when Ki-67 > 40%,the proportion of deficient mismatch repair is higher(64/161,39.8%).Ki-67 expression was significantly correlated with MSH6 expression(P= 0.03).In comparison with Ki-67 ≤ 40%,when Ki-67 > 40%,most of MSH6 expression is negative(20/161,12.4%).The expression of ER was associated with FIGO classification(P < 0.001),lymph node metastasis(P = 0.049),and lesion size(P =0.018).The higher the FIGO score,the greater the proportion of positive lymph node metastasis and lesions larger than 2 cm,the greater the low expression of ER.The expression status of the PR is significantly related to the FIGO rating(P < 0.001).The higher the FIGO rating,the greater the likelihood of low PR expression.Ki-67 was significantly associated with surgical stages(P = 0.022)and lymph node metastasis(P =0.018).And the higher the proportion of high expression of Ki-67 as the surgical phase increased and lymph node metastasis beed positive.There was no obvious correlation between P53 expression status and clinical pathological characteristics.(P > 0.05).Conclusions:In endometrial cancer tissues,the high expression of Ki-67 is significantly related to deficient mismatch repair,which is mainly related to the loss of MSH6 protein.The correlation between ER,PR,Ki-67 and some clinicopathological features can be used as indicators for the prognosis of patients.
