| Objective: Lp-PLA2 levels in different CHD subgroups and control groups were retrospectively analyzed and compared to study the correlation between Lp-PLA2 levels and the severity of CHD,and to determine whether Lp-PLA2 levels can be used as a serious factor of coronary artery infarction to evaluate the severity of CHD.Methods: Retrospectively collected from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 in shengjing hospital affiliated to medical university first cardiovascular internal medicine clinic of coronary angiography examination in patients with coronary heart disease, according to its clinical classification, the coronary artery lesion counts and the lesion severity is divided into different subgroups, respectively analyzing the LP-PLA2 level and the correlation of each subgroup,at the same time, the group of patients with coronary heart disease, according to the level of PLA2 into Lp-PLA2 increased group and normal group, determine the LP-PLA2 level and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease and ischemic risk related. Results: The level of Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with the severity of CHD.The more severe the clinical classification, the more coronary artery lesions and the more severe the coronary artery lesions, the higher the level of Lp-PLA2 was. There were no significant differences in cardiac function and risk of ischemia between the normal and increased Lp-PLA2 groups. Conclusion: As a novel inflammatory cytokines of coronary atherosclerosis,Lp-PLA2 can assess the risk of coronary heart disease and judge the severity of the disease. |
