| Objective: To investigate the correlation between depressive and the score of Gensini, the number of branch vessels and the level of largest stenosis in female patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:a total of 100 female patients with coronary heart disease from January 2009 to June 2009 in Heart Center NO.1 Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, were followed up and data on the score of Gensini, the number of branch vessels and the level of largest stenosis were collected and analyzed.all the patients were divided into two groups according to the ZUNG Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),group1: group with coronary heart disease and depressive is 36 cases ;group2: group with coronary heart disease without depressive is 64 cases. Results: the detection rate of depressive in female patients with coronary heart disease is 36%., the score of Gensini and the number of branch vessels of group1 were significantly higher than those of group2(P<0.05), the level of largest stenosis of group1 were similar as those in group2(P>0.05), the score of Gensini (r=0.560 p=0.000)and the number of branch vessels(r=0.301 p=0.002)were positive correlated with depression scores .Conclusion: the prevalence of depression in female patients with coronary heart disease is high, The severity of coronary atherosclerosis in female patients with coronary heart disease was increased, Depression might be a one of negative factors in the course of the coronary development of atherosclerosis. |
