Objective:To explore the relationship between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)、platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)、serum cancer antigen 125(CA125)、human epididymis protein 4(HE4)and endometrial carcinoma metastasis、staging, and to assist in the pretreatment evaluation of endometrial cancer. Methods:The 200 cases of endometrial cancer and the 200 cases of endometrial benign disease were selected from July 2015 to July 2019 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University. The complete blood count、serum CA125 and HE4 were completely collected prior to operation, and the peripheral blood NLR、PLR were calculated. These clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Pearson correlation was used to determine whether there is a correlation between peripheral blood NLR、PLR and serum CA125、HE4.The nonparametric Mann-Whitney U test、chi-square test、Spearman correlation were used to analyze the relationship between peripheral blood NLR、PLR、serum CA125、HE4 and endometrial cancer metastasis、staging.Results:1.The values of peripheral blood NLR、PLR、serum CA125 and HE4 in the endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in the endometrial benign lesion group, and there is a mild positive correlation between the peripheral blood NLR,PLR and serum CA125、HE4 in endometrial cancer group. And the differences were statistically significant(0.4>r>0;P<0.05).2.The 200 cases of the endometrial cancer group were analyzed further shows that:(1)the peripheral blood NLR、PLR were related to cervical interstitial involvement、depth of myometrial involvement and uterus annexa metastasis,(2)the serum CA125、HE4 were related to lymphatic metastasis、depth of myometrial involvement and uterus annexa metastasis;differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05).3.Spearman correlation analysis shows that peripheral blood NLR、PLR and serum CA125、HE4 were significantly mild positive correlated with endometrial cancer staging(0.4>r_s>0;P<0.05).Conclusion:The peripheral blood NLR、PLR、serum CA125、HE4 are related to endometrial cancer metastasis and staging, and so they have the ability to assess the pathological characteristics of endometrial cancer. They also have the ability to become a reference for judging the metastasis and staging of preoperative endometrial cancer, and they can be used as a potential endometrial cancer predictor in clinical practice.
