Objective:Stroke is one of the most common type of disease neurology, including ischemic stroke accounted for the majority of them, the clinical characteristics of the onset nasty, symptoms, high incidence of disability and death forget rate, treatment time and patients are lack of geographical space effect and appear,a person for early treatment can improve nerve function as early as possible, but there are some people even after thrombolysis and should still have the illness fluctuations or progression, left the heavier the effects of long-term quality of life, this study focused on super acute period after intravenous thrombolysis butylphthalide sequential treatment programs for 3 months with mild-to-moderate curative effect and safety of acute cerebral infarction patients,Especially for patients with acute cerebral infarction with progressive aggravation. Methods: this study through the random number table method to 66 cases of patients can be divided into two groups at random, the experimental group in patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolysis treatment of super acute period is 24 hours to butylphthalide sequential treatment, and control group in the conventional treatment, observing indicators for hospital,1 days,1week,2 weeks,NIHSS score changes in January and march.BI and MRS scores were also evaluated at admission,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months later.Observe the occurrence of hemorrhage conversion, recurrent cerebral infarction, death, liver and kidney function, thrombocytopenia, drug allergy adverse events during treatmentResults: There was no statistical significance in NIHSS,MRS and BI scores between the two groups at admission,1 day,1 week and 1 month.NIHSS score,MRS and BI index of daily living ability of patients in the two groups were observed at 2 weeks and 3 months, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant. For patients with neurological deterioration, the comparison of NIHSS,MRS and BI indexes in the two groups at 2 weeks and 3 months of treatment was statistically significant. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of decreased platelet count, abnormal liver and kidney function, bleeding conversion, and death from cerebral infarction. Conclusion: The hyperacute period after thrombolysis of cerebral infarction combined with butylphthalide may improve the gain of patients with mild to moderate cerebral infarction in the acute period of cerebral infarction, and also improve the prognosis of patients in the long term. The results suggest that early administration of butylphthalide to patients with thrombolysis can improve their long-term quality of life after improved circulation therapy.
