| Objective This study begins with the application of Guizhi Fuling Pills in gynecology.It systematically collects and collates the modern relevant literature data on the clinical application of gynecology,and analyzes the use of this party in the modern gynecological clinic from multiple angles using statistical methods.The basis and experience of the law,such as pathogenesis syndrome,scope of application,treatment,addition and subtraction,etc.,for a more in-depth understanding of Guizhi Fuling Pills and clinical application of its treatment of gynecological diseases to provide a reference.Methods By collecting "Chinese Journal Full-text Database" in the medical journal full-text database(CNKI)before August 2017 on medical records,experience summary,clinical research,experimental modern literature of Guizhi Fuling Pills in gynecological applications After sorting according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the Chinese and Western medicines included in the literature were consolidated and standardized in terms of disease names,syndromes,tongues,veins,prescriptions,and drug odor.After the data collected,the data was analyzed statistically.result 1.Document collection After screening according to the study inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 219 articles were included.There are 80 medical records and experience summary documents,129 clinical research documents,and 10 experimental literature.Literature was published from 1975 to August 2017.2.The application of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of gynecological diseases in modern clinical literature In the modern literature included in this study,there were 209 medical records, experience summaries,and clinical research literature,370 pieces of information,including a total of 200 TCM disease names involved in the treatment of gynecological diseases using Guizhi Fuling Pills.There are 18 TCM disease names in total.Among them,there were 79 episodes,followed by menstrual disorders,71 in total,7 of which had the largest number of metrorrhagias;13 were postpartum diseases and 12 were infertility diseases.3.The application of Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of gynecological diseases in modern clinical literature Of the 370 information included in this study,a total of 314 messages were used for the treatment of gynecological diseases involving gynecological diseases.There were a total of 18 Western disease names,with the most uterine fibroids,a total of 73,followed by pelvic inflammatory disease,a total of 68 Article.There were also ovarian cysts,endometriosis,ectopic pregnancy,dysmenorrhea,post-abortion vaginal bleeding,dysfunctional uterine bleeding,etc.,46,27,19,17,and 13 respectively.4.Modern clinical literature using Guizhi Fuling Pills in the treatment of gynecological diseases Among the 370 messages,a total of 265 information on the pathogenesis of gynecological diseases involving gynecological diseases were administered using Guizhi Fuling Pills,of which the most common were internal bleeding and blood stasis,which were 82 and 81,respectively.From the point of view,255 articles all contain "bloody",90 articles contain "qi stagnation",43 articles contain "cold",33 articles contain "wet",and 26 articles contain "heat." include dysmenorrhea,1 uterine fibroid,2 endometriosis,3 pelvic inflammatory disease,1 endometritis,1 tumor,1 medicinal chemical composition,and 1 biological activity study.in conclusion 1.The overall situation of the literature In recent years,Guizhi Fuling Pills have gradually increased the number of clinical research articles in the literature on the treatment of gynecological diseases,which not only reflects the in-depth study of the Guilin Fuling Pills on the systematic application of doctors,but also provides a good standard for the future use of the prescription in the clinical
