Effects Of Xiaoyao Tong Bi Decoction On Bone Metabolic Indexes And Related Hormones In Perimenopausal Osteoporosis Patients With Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency Type

Research objective:The clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis of liver depression and kidney deficiency type was confirmed by observing the changes of osteoporosis symptom grading quantitative score,pain visual simulation score,TCM syndrome score,laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment.Research method:A total of 72 eligible patients were collected,They use a random number table method to divide patients into observation and control groups.36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction,and 36 cases in the control group were treated with Guli Capsules.Two weeks made a course of treatment,continuous treatment for two courses.Observation and analysis of the symptoms of osteoporosis grade,pain visual analogue scale,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,changes in laboratory parameters and adverse reactions,summarized concluded.Research results:1.There was no significant difference in the general information and osteoporosis symptom grading quantitative score,pain visual analogue score,TCM syndrome score,human N-terminal middle osteocalcin,serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.The symptom score,quantitative score,pain visual analog score and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction and Guli capsule had curative effect on perimenopausal osteoporosis,and the curative effect of Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction was better than that of Guli capsule.3.The two groups in terms of clinical efficacy,the treatment group clinical efficacy and control group,total efficiency(87.5%,75%),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction on perimenopausal osteoporosis was better than that of Guli capsule.4.Compared with before and after treatment,the levels of serum FSH,ALP and human N-terminal middle osteocalcin in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the serum E2 level was higher than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the FSH,ALP and osteocalcin levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of E2 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that both Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction and Guli capsule could improve serum ALP,FSH,E2 and human N-terminal middle osteocalcin levels,and the curative effect of Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction was better than that of Guli capsule.5.Through the observation,there was no significant change in the safety index in front and rear of the treatment,indicating that the treatment methods were relatively safe.Research conclusion:Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction has the effect of ameliorating the complications of liver depression in patients with ischemic amenorrhea,regulate bone metabolism and sex hormone levels,and improve the quality of life of patients.Xiaoyao Tongbi Decoction is safe in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis of liver depression and kidney deficiency type,which is worthy of clinical application.
