| Purpose:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)and simple traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)in the treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,in order to provide a better treatment method for clinical treatment of perimenopausal osteoporosis.Material and method:From June 2021 to September 2022,a total of 64 patients who met the nanbai standard were collected in this study and randomly divided into observation group(Baduanjin combined Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)and control group(Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)by randomized controlled experiment,with 32 cases in observation group and 32 cases in control group.Bone mineral density,serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D measurement value,serum hormone level(E2,FSH/LH),quantitative rating table of osteoporosis syndrome grading and improved TCM syndrome rating table before and after treatment were observed and recorded,and then the original data of patients were included in SPSS26.0 statistical software for statistical calculation and analysis of the data.Determine whether it is statistically significant.Results:1.Bone density: After treatment,the mean value of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.2.Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D: The mean value of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.3.Estradiol: After treatment,the mean value of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.4.Ratio of follicle stimulating hormone to luteinizing hormone: After treatment,the ratio of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.5.Quantitative grading scale of osteoporosis syndrome: After treatment,the mean scores of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.6.TCM syndrome scale: After treatment,the mean scores of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was more obvious.7.Comparison of efficacy: After treatment,the effective rate of BMD observation group was86.77%,and that of control group was 60.00%.The effective rate was 93.33% in 25-0H-VD group and 66.67% in control group.The effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group and 66.67% in the control group.The effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and63.33% in the control group.Therefore,the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.8.Safety: Before and after treatment and in the middle stage of treatment,no abnormalities were found in the safety evaluation indexes of patients in the observation group and the control group(electrocardiogram,routine blood test,liver and kidney function and other routine tests),indicating that both groups of treatment were safe and effective.Conclusion:Conclusion: Both Baduanjin combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction(Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)and simple traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Gennianzhuanggu Decoction)can improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal osteoporosis patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,but the therapeutic effect of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Gennianzhuanggu decoction)is superior to that of simple traditional Chinese medicine decoction. |
