Clinical Observation Of The Decotion Of Clearing Away Heat And Eliminating Phlegm Combined With Acupoint Sticking In The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Phlegm Heat Choking Pulmonary

ObjectiveThe purpose of the subject was to make clear the the clinical curative effect of the decotion of clearing away heat and eliminating phlegm combined with Acupoint sticking in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with Phlegm heat choking pulmonary,from observing the changes of the main clinical symptom integral,White blood cell count,Neutrophilic granulocyte percentage,procalcitonin,and Six Minutes Walk Test after treatment with the decotion of clearing away heat and eliminating phlegm combined with Acupoint sticking,and to discuss the preliminary mechanism of the Decotion of clearing away heat and eliminating phlegm combined with Acupoint sticking.MethodsAll of the selected cases were chosen from hospitalized patients in pneumology department of Guangzhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital.A total of 60 patients were included in the AECOPD standard.According to the method of random number table,the 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases of each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine,including anti-infection,Spasmolysis and so on.Specific drug use refer to 《AECOPD diagnosis and treatment of Chinese expert consensus(revised in 2014)》.On the base of the routine western medicine,the treatment group was given the decotion of clearing away heat and eliminating phlegm combined with Acupoint sticking.The therapeutic effect was observed after 10 days in both groups.In order to assess the efficacy of the both two groups,the changes of the main clinical symptom integral,White blood cell count,Neutrophilic granulocyte percentage,procalcitonin and Six minutes walk test were compared before and after treatment.ResultsFrom comparing the main clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups,The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was96.67% higher than that(73.33%)in the control group.In the aspects of improving the main clinical symptoms and signs in patients with phlegm-heat obstructed pulmonary type AECOPD,the Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was better than the control group.In the aspects of Controling and reduceing the level of inflammation,both groups had significant effects,After statistical analysis,the improvement of WBC and N% which was in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the other one.But in the aspects of reduceing the level of PCT,there was no significant difference between the two groups.And in the aspects of improveing 6MWT,both of the walking distance of the treatment group and the control group were increased,and the distance of the treatment group was more obvious.ConclusionOn the base of Summarizing the previous experience and combining with the experience of clinical dialectics for many years,Ye Yan mentor created the Clear heat and phlegm soup,In addition Combined with Acupoint sticking which was one of the traditional Chinese medicine and traditional western medicine treatment,and in line with the principle of Chinese medicine,in the aspects of improveing the main clinical symptoms and signs,reduceing the level of inflammation,increasing the distance of six minutes of Patients with phlegm-thermoplastic AECOPD,This combination therapy was more obvious than traditional western medicine treatment.So it could provide a new direction for the future clinical treatment of Patients with phlegm-thermoplastic AECOPD.
