The Study Of Relationship Between Morbidity And Mortality Of Patients With Heart Failure And Solar Terms

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between the onset time of heart failure and solar terms,and the distribution characteristics of syndromes in the incidence of solar eclipse;to analyze the correlation and internal mechanism between the onset of disease and syndromes from the perspective of time medical science of traditional Chinese medicine,supplement traditional Chinese medicine to heart failure.The understanding of the regularity of onset time provides an epidemiological basis for the prevention and treatment of heart failure,and develops a better public health and clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy for heart failure;deepens the understanding of Chinese medicine on disease and dialectical content,and improves the ability of Chinese medicine to‘treat before get the disease’.MethodsTaking the case of heart failure diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 4,2013(Li Chun)to February 3,2019(the day before Li Chun),the patient’s hospitalization number was collected.Gender,Birthplace,Chief Complaint,First/Recurrence,Course of Disease,Age of Admission,First Age,First Western Medical Diagnosis,Other Western Medicine Diagnosis,Hospitalization of TCM Diagnosis,TCM Syndrome of Hospitalization,Date of Onset,Incidence and Efficacy,14 Calculations The composition ratio of each syndrome is calculated,and the circular distribution statistical method is used to analyze whether there is a peak period of disease on the whole and each syndrome.ResultsFrom February 4,2013(Li Chun)to February 3,2019(the day before Li Chun),a total of 632 cases of heart failure were diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Deficiency syndrome(26%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(23%),accounting for49% of the total number of cases,close to half of the total number of cases;elderly patients(≥65 years old),accounting for 64.0% of the total number of cases.According to the general analysis,Xiao Shu,Bai Lu and Li Qiu are the peak incidence of heart failure;according to the statistical analysis of circular distribution,the peak of the disease is located in Li Qiu(August11th),and the peak of the disease is gentle;from the incidence of heart failure syndrome,Heart failure yang deficiency water flood syndrome peak incidence in Bai Lu(September 21st),the incidence peak is gentle;and heart failure Qi deficiency syndrome,Qi Yin two loss syndrome,heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome,sipping There was no significant difference in the incidence of tuberculosis syndrome and yin yang deficiency syndrome,and no peak period of disease was found.ConclusionThe heart failure cases admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine are mainly heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,suggesting that treatment should be based on Wen Yang,Qi and blood circulation.The peak of heart failure in heart failure belongs to the high temperature and heat in Guangzhou,the typhoon is frequent,and the meteorological changes are severe.It suggests that the period should be supplemented with Yang and water,and attention should be paid to prevention and regulation.Clinically,under the guidance of TCM chronomedicne and treatment of disease,it should conform to the changes of Yin and Yang rhythm between human body and nature,and based on the characteristics of the rhythm of the disease,combined with relevant research results,pay attention to the time,place and people In order to improve the ability and level of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine.At the same time,the intrinsic mechanism of using TCM time medical theory to analyze and explore the law of disease incidence is worthy of promotion and development.
