Knowledge Map And Professor Lin Guohua’s Experience Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Childhood Brain Disease

Objective1.1 To explore the recent development,research focus and frontier trends of acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease from the aspect of bibliometric and visualization analysis,by reviewing the domestic published literature on acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease.1.2 To collect the prescription of acupuncture by Professor Lin Guohua for outpatient acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease,to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Lin Guohua and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods2.1 Using the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure as the data source,we searched the academic papers in the field of acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease.With Citespace visualization software,we analyzed the main author and author clustering of acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease,drew the co-occurrence clustering spectrum of literature sources,analyzed the key node literature in the process of evolution,and used keyword clustering function analysis to study the hot spots and frontiers.2.2 We collected the acupuncture prescriptions of Professor Lin Guohua in the treatment of infantile encephalopathy,and used Spss Modeler 18.0 and IBM Spss Statistcs20 software for data mining.We analyzed the commonly used acupoints of Professor Lin Guohua in the treatment of childhood brain disease,also the association and cluster analysis of high frequency acupoints,and found the core acupoint group.Results3.1 A total of 1,002 articles related to acupuncture treatment of pediatric encephalopathy were included in the study,involving a total of 223 journals.High-frequency research institutions include the Children’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hunan Children’s Hospital,and the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,high-frequency research keywords include pediatric cerebral palsy,acupuncture therapy,scalp acupuncture therapy,acupoint injection,and 10 keywords are detected through the emergence detection function.A cluster analysis was performed on the generated keywords for acupuncture treatment of children with encephalopathy,and a total of 7 meaningful clusters were obtained,namely:#0 acupuncture therapy,#1 Jiao’s scalp,#2 Coarse motor function,#3 mouse Nerve Growth Factor,#4 Governor Meridian,#5 Chinese Medicine Therapy,#6 Spleen Deficiency and Liver Prosperity.3.2 A total of 134 cases of effective prescriptions were included,including 2 cases of ADHD,6 cases of epilepsy,50 cases of mental retardation,and 76 cases of autism.The high-frequency acupoints include Baihui,Shenzhu,Dazhui,Fengfu,Zusanli,Sishencong,Hegu,Lidui,and Shenmen.The high-frequency meridians of the acupoints are the Du Channel,the acupoints outside the meridian,the stomach meridian,and the gallbladder meridian.,Heart Sutra.The Apriori algorithm is used to analyze the association rules of high-frequency acupoints,and the results show that there are 5 association rules:Dazhui-Shenzhu,Yinbai-Lidui,Fengfu-Baihui,Shenzhu-Dazhui,and Lidui-Shenzhu.The high-frequency acupoints were clustered systematically,and 4 clusters were obtained.Cluster 1: Shenzhu,Dazhui,Baihui,Fengfu;Cluster 2: Yinbai,Lidui;Cluster 3: Shenmen,Tongli;Cluster 4: Tinggong,Neiguan,Sishencong,Hegu,Taichong,Zusanli,Taixi,Temporal Sanzhen,Xuanzhong,Quchi.Among them,cluster 1 and cluster 2 are prescriptions for fire acupuncture,and cluster 3 and cluster 4 are prescriptions for ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion4.1 The main research disease in the literature relative to acupuncture treatment of childhood brain disease is pediatric cerebral palsy.In recent years,autism spectrum disorder has become a new research focus.Scalp acupuncture,especially Jiao’s scalp,is an important acupuncture method for research,and the governor meridian is a hot meridian of research.The form of cooperation between research institutions is relatively fixed,most of which are clinical research.4.2 Professor Lin Guohua relies on the Governor Meridian in the treatment of pediatric encephalopathy.The main acupoints are Baihui,Shenzhu,Dazhui,and Fengfu.Fire needle therapy is characteristic of its treatment.It has the characteristics of short treatment time and low requirements for children’s cooperation.It is especially suitable for childhood diseases treatment.
