Study On The Effect Of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue Recipe On Endometrial Receptivity Of Embryo Transfer In Freeze-thaw Cycle Of Patients With Repeated Transplantation Failure

Objective: To explore the effect of Shugan Jianpi Huoxue recipe on improving endometrial receptivity of repeated transplantation failed patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after embryo transfer of freeze-thaw cycle.To provide a new drug choice for the treatment of patients with repeated implantation failure by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the future.Methods: 120 patients by the dialectical mode of liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine with repeated transplantation failure in freeze-thaw cycle were randomly divided into contrast group(n=60)and test group(n=60).Both groups were given the same endometrial preparation of replacement cycle.On the basis of routine endometrial preparation,The test group added three treatment to Shugan Jianpi Huoxue recipe.To compare the endometrial thickness,classification of endometrial blood flow,PI and RI of uterine spiral artery,the contents of TXA2 and PGI2 and TXA2/PGI2 in serum.Results: After treatment with traditional Chinese Medicine,The endometrial thickness and RI of spiral artery in the test group were better than those in the contrast group,And the outcomes were statistical significant(P<0.05).Serological indexes on the day of transplantation and Endometrial thickness,classification of endometrial blood flow,PI and RI of uterine spiral artery on one day before transplantation,The test group was better than the contrast group,The outcomes of the two groups were not statistical significant(P >0.05).In terms of pregnancy result after transplantation,The test group was better than the contrast group,The outcomes of the two groups were not statistical significant(P >0.05).Conclusion: After treatment with Shugan Jianpi Huoxue recipe,It can improve endometrial proliferation and endometrial hemodynamics in patients with repeated transplantation failure of liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis type,And the success rate of transplantation in the test group was higher than that in the contrast group.It is suggested that Shugan Jianpi Huoxue recipe can improve endometrial receptivity in patients with repeated transplantation failure.It will provide a theoretical basis and individualized options for the treatment of patients with repeated implantation failure by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the future.
