Curative Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy By Waishang No.1

Research objective:Through this clinical observation,we confirmed the Curative effect effect of Waishang No.1 improved form prescription on cervical spondylopathy.Research methods:In this clinical study,120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A,B and C.group a used self-made Waishang No.1 hard plaster,group B used Waishang No.1 ointment,and group C used diclofenac sodium paste.Before treatment,1 day,7 days and 14 days after treatment,patients filled in VAS,NDI and PSQI scales respectively.Before and after the treatment,two fixed orthopedic doctors measured the cervical spine activity of the patients,and the patients took anteroposterior and lateral films of the cervical spine.The physiological curvature of the cervical spine before and after the treatment was measured by infinitt film reading system of Yunnan Traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Research results:There was no significant difference in general data(gender,age,course of disease),VAS、NDI、PSQI,cervical spine physiological curvature and cervical spine range of motion(P>0.05).The VAS of the three groups before treatment were tested by one-way analysis of variance,and the differences were not statistically significant.There are differences in the comparison of the VAS between the three groups of patients before and after treatment,and the reduction of the VAS is compared in pairs: group B>group A>group C.The NDI of the three groups before treatment were tested by one-way analysis of variance,and the differences were not statistically significant.There are differences in the comparison of the NDI scores between the three groups of patients before and after treatment.The reduction of NDI is compared in pairs: group B>group A>group C.The PSQI of the three groups before treatment were tested by one-way analysis of variance,and the differences were not statistically significant.The comparison of the three groups of patients before and after treatment is different,but there is no difference between the groups.The physiological curvature of the cervical spine in the three groups before treatment was tested,and there was no statistical difference;after treatment,the comparison between the groups was tested by one-way analysis of variance,and there was no difference between group A and group B(P>0.05),and the two groups were compared with group C.The comparison was statistically different(P<0.05).The cervical spine mobility of the first three groups was tested,and there was no statistical difference;after the treatment,the comparison between the groups was tested by one-way analysis of variance,and there was no difference in the comparison results between the three groups of extension;the remaining flexion,left flexion,and right flexion There are statistical differences in the comparison of,left-handed and right-handed.In the pairwise comparison between groups,there is no difference between group A and group B(P>0.05),and the two groups are different from group C(P<0.05).Research conclusion:Waishang No.1 prescription has positive clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.It can effectively reduce the neck、shoulder and back pain,cervical dysfunction and other symptoms of patients,but also improve sleep and quality of life of patients.
