Observation Of Curative Effect On The Treatment Of Dysphagia After Apoplexy Of Wind Phlegm Stasis Type With Liyan Qishut Decoctio

Objective: By observing the clinical treatment of Liyan Qi closed decoction on patients with swallowing dysfunction caused by wind,phlegm and blood stasis after apoplexy,statistics of its effects on increasing VFSS points,reducing WST,SSA points,and improving TCM syndromes,etc.,are used to benefit the throat.Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of closed decoction in the treatment of PSD patients with wind,phlegm and blood stasis,in order to develop new ideas for the treatment of PSD patients and research.Methods: This study selected patients in the recovery period of stroke in the geriatric ward,encephalopathy ward,and rehabilitation ward of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.and randomized 84 patients with PSD who met the inclusion criteria of this study.The number table method was randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group.The control group was given basic treatment plus swallowing function rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given the treatment of the control group plus Liyan Qikai Decoction,4 months as a course of treatment.Observe the changes of VFSS,SSA,WST scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before treatment and 4 months after treatment,and use SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software to conduct comprehensive statistical analysis on the collected data,compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)Comparison of scores of various scales: After 4 months of treatment,compared with those before treatment,the total scores of VFSS increased,while the total scores of WST and SSA decreased(P <0.05).In addition,the total score of VFSS in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the total score of WST and SSA was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After 4 months of treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),and the total TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).(3)Comparison of the overall effective rate of dysphagia showed that the observation group was 92.5% and the control group was 77.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Liyan Qi closed Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of PSD with wind,phlegm and blood stasis,which can significantly improve the patient’s swallowing ability and improve the patient’s TCM symptoms.In addition,no adverse drug reactions occurred during this trial,and the safety of the drug is trustworthy,and it can be promoted and applied clinically.
