Research On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated By Famous And Old Chinese Medicine

Objective: To use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(TCMICS V3.0)to excavate,analyze and sort out the medical records of the famous and old Chinese doctors for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and to explore the law of the syndromes of the famous and old Chinese doctors in the treatment of CAG.And the methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the core drug combination is excavated,in order to provide new syndrome differentiation,prescription and medication ideas for the clinical treatment of CAG.Methods: Retrieve the medical records of famous and old Chinese doctors in the treatment of CAG in CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases,collect publicly published works on the treatment of CAG by famous and old Chinese doctors on online platforms such as Duxiu and Chaoxing Mobile Library.With the help of TCMICS,after the establishment of the database,the basic information of gender,age,syndromes,frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,four natures and five flavors are statistically analyzed.At the same time,the high-frequency medication,symptoms and drug association rules and clustering results of CAG common syndrome types were analyzed.Results: By entering the collected 479 pieces of data into TCMICS,the following results were obtained after analysis:1.Among the 479 CAG patients,232 are males(48.43%)and 247 are females(51.57%).The age of onset is concentrated in 50-59 years old,average age is about 52 years old.2.The prescriptions of 479 CAG patients involve 323 kinds of drugs,with a total of 7112 flavors.Through frequency statistics of drugs,it is concluded that the top 10 high-frequency drugs are licorice,Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz,Arum Ternatum Thunb,poria,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Citrus Reticulata,Coptidis Rhizoma,Amomi Fructus,Hedyotis Diffusae Herba and Codonopsis Radix.3.Among the 479 first prescriptions in this study,the main properties are warm,cold,and calm,and the five flavors are mostly bitter,sweet and pungent.They are mainly into the spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridian.4.The selected 479 prescriptions were classified,summarized and unified,and a total of 11 syndrome types were obtained.The top 5 syndrome types were spleen-stomach weakness syndrome,liver-stomach discord syndrome,stomach-yin deficiency syndrome,liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome.5.Combinations of commonly used drugs: spleen-stomach weakness syndrome:atractylodes macrocephala koidz,codonopsis radix.liver-stomach discord syndrome:paeoniae radix alba,radix bupleuri.stomach-yin deficiency syndrome: ophiopogonis radix,paeoniae radix alba.liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome:atractylodes macrocephala koidz,poria.spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,pinelliae rhizoma,scutellariae radix.6.Core combination: cluster analysis is performed using k-means algorithm,the number of clusters is set to 6,and the cluster analysis high-frequency core combination of five common syndrome types was obtained respectively.1)spleen-stomach weakness syndrome: atractylodes macrocephala koidz,licorice,hedysarum multijugum maxim,codonopsis radix,poria,citrus reticulata,arum ternatum thunb,paeoniae radix alba.2)liver-stomach discord syndrome: licorice,radix bupleuri,atractylodes macrocephala koidz,arum ternatum thunb,citrus reticulata,magnoliae officmalis cortex,aurantii fructus,paeoniae radix alba.3)stomach-yin deficiency syndrome: adenophorae radix,dendrobii caulis,licorice,ophiopogonis radix,lilii bulbus,pseudostellariae radix,polygonati odorati rhizoma,atractmlodis macrocephalae rhizom.4)liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome: atractmlodis macrocephalae rhizo,licorice,pinelliae rhizoma,poria,amomi fructus,citri reticulatae pericarpium,codonopsis radix,aurantii fructus.5)spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome: coptidis rhizoma,atractmlodis macrocephalae rhizom,pinelliae rhizoma,licorice,amomi fructus,corydalis rhizoma,scutellariae radix,magnoliae officmalis cortex.Conclusion:1.When treating CAG,famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors prefer to use warm,cold,and mild medicines,in terms of medicinal taste,they often choose bitter,sweet,and pungent medicines,most of the meridians of the selected medicines enter the spleen,stomach,lungs,and liver meridians.The treatment is usually based on syndrome differentiation medicines,qi regulating medicines,heat-clearing medicines,and dampness medicines.2.Through the analysis of the syndrome types of the famous and old Chinese medicine treatment of CAG,11 syndrome types are obtained,including the spleen-stomach weakness syndrome,liver-stomach discord syndrome,stomach-yin deficiency syndrome,liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome are the most common.3.In the treatment of CAG,the most common syndrome of spleen-stomach weakness is the most common treatment of famous and old Chinese doctors.There may be pathological products such as stagnation of qi,damp heat,blood stasis,stagnation of food,and turbidity that interact with the spleen and stomach.At the same time,it also relieves the liver and relieves depression,clears away heat and dampness,nourishes the stomach,and promotes blood circulation.To dissipate blood stasis,eliminate food to guide stagnation,dissolve turbidity and detoxification,etc.
