Study On Medication Regularity Of Famous TCM Doctors In Treating Chronic Non Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining Technology

Chronic non atrophic gastritis(CNAG),also known as chronic superficial gastritis,is a chronic inflammatory change of gastric mucosa,but no atrophic change,which can be accompanied by abnormal changes of gastric mucosa erosion,congestion,edema and other abnormal changes.This research uses data mining method to study the drug use law of Chinese medicine famous doctors in treating CNAG.Objective:to analyze the medical cases of CNAG treated by famous Chinese medicine experts,and to get the basic pathogenesis of the disease and the rule of drug use of the group.Methods:Collect the medical records of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases,and the monographs of famous TCM doctors(above provincial level)in the library of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.Through the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5),we collected the basic information of patients,TCM diagnosis,western medicine diagnosis,TCM syndrome,symptom performance,prescription composition,and then classified the medical records of different syndrome types.Use the "medical record statistics" in the "statistical report" of the platform for data statistics of relevant contents.Next,we use the "data analysis" system,use the "formula rules" in the"formula analysis",set the support and confidence,obtain the"medication mode" and "rule analysis",and summarize the combination of prescription drugs and the medication rules.According to the number of prescriptions,data pre reading of different parameters and clinical practical application,the correlation degree and punishment degree are selected,the entropy clustering analysis of complex system and the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm are carried out,and the potential core medicine group of famous TCM doctors for CNAG is obtained,and the new prescription forCNAG is further combined.Results:199 cases of CNAG and 199 prescriptions were collected in this study.In the selected medical records,stomachache and fullness were the most common TCM diseases.The main symptoms were stomachache,anorexia,fullness and belching.The most common syndrome types are disharmony of liver and stomach,weakness of spleen and stomach,stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen,damp heat of spleen and stomach and mixed cold and heat syndrome.186 drugs were involved,with a total frequency of 2064.Temperature,cold and flat;Bitter,bitter,sweet;Spleen,stomach and liver are the main drug taste and meridians of CNAG treated by famous Chinese medicine.Tonifying deficiency medicine and Qi regulating medicine are the core drugs for the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis by famous Chinese medicine.Gancao,Banxia,Chenpi,Baishao,Fuling,Huanglian,Baizhu,Zhiqiao,Chaihu,Xiangfu,Huangqin,Houpu,Yanhusuo,Dangshen,Muxiang,Sharen,Foshou are commonly used drugs for Chinese famous doctors to treat CNAG.Shaoyao-Gancao,Banxia-Chenpi-Fuling,Huanglian-Banxia,Baizhu-Fuling,Chaihu-Baishao,Chaihu-Zhiqiao,Dangshen-Baizhu are common medicine pairs for Chinese famous doctors to treat CNAG." Huangqin,Huanglain->Banxia","Wuzhuyu->Huanglian","Dangshen,Fuling->Gancao" are commonly used drug combinations for CNAG treatment by famous Chinese medicine.Dangshen Fuling Baizhu Pugongy ing,Muxiang Chenpi Fuling Pugongy ing,Yinchen Baidoukou Huashi Shichangpu,Baibiandou Peilan Huoxiang Zisu,Shenqu Shanzha Baizhu Laifuzi Maiya,Baishao Maidong Yuzhu Banxia,Maidong Shengdihuang Yuzhu Beishashen Shihu Mudanpi,Wuzhuyu Huanglian Xiangfu Huangqin Banxia,Gansong Hehuanpi Ciweipi Jiuxiangchong,Nine new prescriptions of nine fragrant insects were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:1.the famous Chinese medicine doctors treat CNAG,the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly stomach pain and fullness.The symptoms of patients are epigastric pain and appetite loss.The syndrome type is mainly liver stomach disharmony syndrome and spleen stomach weakness syndrome.2.Temperature,cold and flat;Bitter,pungent,sweet;Spleen,stomach and liver are the main drug taste and meridians of CNAG treated by famous Chinese medicine.Tonifying deficiency medicine and Qi regulating medicine are the core drugs of Chinese medicine famous doctors in treating CNAG.3.Dangshen,Fuling,Baizhu,Gancao,Chenpi,Banxia,Chaihu,Baishao,Zhiqiao Huangqin,Huangkian,Wuzhuyu,Foshou,Muxiang,Houpo,Sharen,Yanhusuo,and Xiangfu are the core drugs for the treatment of chronic non atrophic gastritis by famous Chinese medicine.4.The main manifestations of this disease are disharmony of liver,spleen and stomach and disadvantageous Qi mechanism.The basic pathogenesis is liver depression,spleen deficiency,damp heat and qi stagnation.It is a common treatment for CNAG by TCM famous doctors,such as clearing liver,invigorating spleen,regulating qi and removing dampness,reducing pain and reducing pain and regulating spleen and stomach.
