Objectives To explore the risk factors of lymphovascular invasion in invasive breast cancer(BC).Methods Continuously collect clinical and pathological data of breast cancer patients treated in Hebei Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2016 to December 2017,strictly follow the entry and exclusion criteria, and a total of 114 cases were included. And collect the patient’s age, tumor diameter, estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)detailed expression, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)and the detailed expression of Ki-67,histological grade, the number of axillary lymph node metastasis, and the presence or absence of lymphovascular invasion(LVI),etc.Regarding the occurrence of lymphovascular invasion as the grouping condition,theχ~2 test was used for single factor analysis, after obtaining statistically significant variables, multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the independent risk factors for lymphovascular invasion of invasive breast cancer. Results Among 114 patients with invasive breast cancer,34 cases had lymphovascular invasion, accounting for 29.8%,and 80 cases had no lymphovascular invasion, accounting for 70.2%.Univariate analysis showed that:tumor diameter, number of axillary lymph node metastases, histological grade,Ki-67 expression level, molecular typing,TNM stage were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the patient’s age,ER status, and PR status There was no statistically significant difference in HER2 status(P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis results suggest:Ki-67 expression level[OR=13.036(95%CI:1.598-106.391),P=0.016],the number of axillary lymph node metastasis[OR=2.300(95%CI:1.327-3.986),P=0.003]are independent risk factors for lymphovascular invasion in invasive breast cancer. Conclusions 1 Lymphovascular invasion is correlated with tumor diameter, number of axillary lymph node metastasis, histological grade,Ki-67 expression level, molecular typing,TNM stage, but not related to age,ER status,PR status, and HER2 status.2 The number of axillary lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 are independent risk factors for lymphovascular invasion in invasive breast cancer.Figure0;Table6;Reference179...
