| Chrysanthemi indici Flos was the capitulum of Chrysanthemum indicum L.,a perennial herb of Chrysanthemum in Chrysanthemum family, which was recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(since 1977 edition)as common Chinese medicinal materials. With the wide application of C.indicum.,the increasing demand of C.indicum.resources and the decrease of the amount of resources have formed a contradiction Meanwhile, market research found that the content determination of some C.indicum.could not meet the standards in the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015 edition)(the content of montflurin should not be less than 0.80%),and the active components and contents of C.indicum.in different wereas were different. At the same time, the content of Cd(cadmium),the heavy metal, exceeded the standard, which had a bad effect on the quality of C.indicum.In thwas study, soil samples of C.indicum.and their habitats from different habitats were used as research materials to study the differences and rules of various indicators and Cd pollution status of C.indicum.from different habitats, and to explore the influence of regional factors and their own physiological characterwastics on the quality of C.indicum.own resources. The following were the results and conclusions of thwas study:1.The routine content testing(mowasture content determination, total ash content determination and acid insoluble ash content determination in each batch of C.indicum.were in accordance with the requirements of "C.indicum." in Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015 edition). The results of wild samples were conswastent with those of market samples without any difference. In TLC identification, the fluorescence spots of nearly 60%samples were conswastent with those of the control substance of C.indicum.and the control substance of montflaxin. The fluorescent spots of the others with lower montflurin content were conswastent with the control products of C.indicum.except montflurin, which basically met the requirements of pharmacopoeia for identification, and all the batches of C.indicum.were basically qualified for routine detection and identification.2.There was a significant difference in montmorillonin content among different batches of wild chrysanthemum.Nearly 30%of C.indicum.samples did not detect montmorillonin, and 20%of C.indicum.samples had montmorillonin content more than 2 times of the standard, which was unevenly dwastributed among samples from different regions. However, the mean was basically in line with the content requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015 edition).Among the active components of C.indicum.,the content of montflurin was positively correlated with the content of aperioside and 3,5-O-dicaffeic acyl quinine, but not with the content of chlorogenic acid and luteolin. Its clustering characterwastics and regional differences were obvious, the difference compounds were montmorillonin and chlorogenic acid. The content of montmorillonin in the samples from dabie mountains was much higher than that from qinlings-taihang mountains and the samples from the east China coast, while the content of chlorogenic acid in the samples from the east China coast was much higher than that from dabie mountains and qinlings-taihang mountains.3.The average Cd content of each batch of wild chrysanthemum was 0.39 mg·kg-1,and the enrichment coefficient of Cd was 3.25.The accumulation of Cd in C.indicum.was stable, and EDI,THQ and CR values of C.indicum.were lower than the rwask standard values. The Cd absorption characterwastics of different parts of C.indicum.were conswastent with the heavy metal enrichment law of general land plants, and the root system has a certain interception effect on the Cd element in the soil. The Cd enrichment coefficient of inflorescence was lower than that of other parts, which was relatively safe. The content of Cd in C.indicum.was related to its high Cd enrichment coefficient and the enrichment characterwastics of its plants,so it was necessary to study the physiological characterwastics related to heavy metal stress in order to obtain an effective Cd control approach. |
