| Objective: To observe different Chrysanthemum indicum L(CI)extract by using Ta Zi method for the treatment of acute eczema in mice associated immune mechanism. Methods: 40 clear KM mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive drug group(Erfukang liniment),aqueous extract,70% ethanol extract of CI group, and each group has eight mice, using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)sensitization/excitation to establish the eczema mouse model, and each group was given drugs after initial sensitization(d1).At the last excitation, after 24 hours all the mice were sacrificed, collecting mice serum and the right ear tissue. At last, using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)tests the serum Interleukin-6(IL-6)and LTB4,and the Immunohistochemical method tests the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in right ear in each group.Results:1.Compared with the blank control group, the level of TNF-αin model group increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the level of TNF-αin 70% ethanol extract of CI group decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the level of TNF-αin aqueous extract of CI group also decreased(P>0.05).2.Compared with the blank control group, the level of the serum IL-6 in model group increased(P>0.05).3.Compared with the blank control group, the level of LTB4 in model group increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the level of LTB4 in aqueous extract and 70% ethanol extract of CI group decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Eczema mice have the Th1/Th2 immunity imbalance. The aqueous extract of CI group can treat the eczema through decreasing the expression of TNF-α,and the 70% ethanol extract of CI group can treat the eczema through decreasing the level of LTB4,due to the different extracts of CI have different ingredients. The serum IL-6 may not be associated with acute eczema. |
