Analysis Of Medication Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Anovulatory Infertility Based On Data Mining

Objective :To provide a reference basis for the clinical treatment and provide more ideas for clinical treatment,this paper summarized the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility based on data mining technology to analyze the common syndrome types of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility by using statistical methods,and discusses its medication characteristics and the compatibility law of prescriptions.Methods :According to the key words,the literature on the treatment of ovulatory infertility with traditional Chinese medicine in major databases was searched from January 1996 to October 2021.According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,139 literatures were selected,a total of 210 prescriptions and 152 drugs were extracted.Summarize the collected data in Microsoft Excel for standardized processing and establish a matrix.Using the ancient and modern cloud medical record platform（v2.3.5）and SPSS modeler18.0 software,the prescription was analyzed to summarize the common syndrome types,syndrome elements,medication frequency,drug classification,four Qi and five flavors of drugs and their meridians,and the common drug pairs,drug groups and new high-frequency drug clustering formulas were obtained by using association rules,clustering methods and complex network analysis.Results :1.By analyzing the syndrome types and syndrome elements included in 139 literatures,it can be concluded that the common TCM syndrome types are kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,followed by kidney yang deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.The common disease syndrome elements are deficiency,blood stasis,qi depression and yang deficiency,and the rest,such as phlegm,dampness,blood deficiency and blood stasis,are less frequent.2.Using the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records（v2.3.5）to analyze 152 drugs included,it can be concluded that the four Qi of drugs are mainly warm,flat and mild,and the five flavors are mainly sweet,pungent and bitter,which are mainly attributed to the liver meridian of foot Jueyin,the kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin.The categories of traditional Chinese medicine used are mainly divided into 17 categories,with tonifying deficiency being the most,followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Qi regulating drugs,astringent drugs,etc.The drugs with the top10 use frequencies are Angelica sinensis,dodder,Rehmannia glutinosa,medlar,white peony,yam,epimedium,Cyperus,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Cornus officinalis.3.Using the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records（v2.3.5）,cluster analysis was carried out on the traditional Chinese medicine with the top 20 use frequencies.When the distance was 10,four groups of cluster prescriptions could be obtained,namely（1）Angelica sinensis,dodder and Rehmannia glutinosa;（2）Cyperus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,red peony,Ligusticum chuanxiong,licorice,Eucommia ulmoides,Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala;（3）White peony,medlar,Epimedium;（4）Yam,Cornus officinalis,Dipsacus,Ligustrum lucidum,Morinda officinalis,raspberry.4.SPSS modeler 18.0 is used to analyze the correlation degree of all drugs.The algorithm adopts Apriori algorithm.Set the first drug ≤ 2,set the confidence ≥ 0.60,support ≥ 0.30 and improvement > 1.A total of 19 related drug pairs and 19 drug groups were obtained.The drug pair with the highest frequency is dodder angelica,and the drug group with the highest frequency is Rehmannia glutinosa dodder angelica.The core drug network diagram can be obtained through "network" analysis.Conclusion:The most common TCM syndrome type of ovulation disorder infertility is kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.The disease location is mainly in the kidney and liver,and the disease nature is mainly deficiency,blood stasis,qi depression and yang deficiency.The treatment should consider tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation,soothing the liver and regulating qi,combined with dampness and phlegm removal.The drugs used are mainly tonifying deficiency drugs,followed by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,Qi regulating drugs,astringent drugs and so on.Through the cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs,four kinds of cluster prescriptions can be obtained:（1）Angelica sinensis,dodder and Rehmannia glutinosa;（2）Cyperus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,red peony,Ligusticum chuanxiong,licorice,Eucommia ulmoides,Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala;（3）White peony,medlar,Epimedium;（4）Yam,Cornus officinalis,Dipsacus,Ligustrum lucidum,Morinda officinalis,raspberry.It can be used to guide the clinical treatment of this disease.
