Based On Data Mining Technology, This Paper Discusses The Medication Rule Of Professor Luo Xiuli In The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective:Through the use of data mining technology to discuss and summarize Professor Luo Xiuli’s medication rules and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of primary liver cancer,to provide a reference for the treatment of primary liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better promote the clinical development and application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in the outpatient and inpatient visits of Professor Luo Xiuli,Department of Oncology,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.80 patients were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and a total of 80 patients were collected.151 prescriptions for initial or follow-up visits.Microsoft Office Excel 2016 was used to collect and preliminarily organize prescriptions and related information to establish an original database.A total of 253 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained after deduplication of the drugs used in the prescription,and then the high-frequency drugs were summarized,the efficacy of the high-frequency drugs was analyzed,and the four qi,five flavors,and meridians were counted on the253 traditional Chinese medicines.Afterwards,the sorted data were subjected to frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis through SPSS 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0statistical software.Through the statistical analysis results,Professor Luo Xiuli’s prescription and clinical experience in the treatment of primary liver cancer were discussed and summarized.Results:（1）A total of 80 patients were included in this study,including 59 males,accounting for 73.8%,and 21 females,accounting for 26.2%.The age of the patients was mainly concentrated between 56-70 years old,with a total of 37 cases,accounting for 46.3% of the total number.（2）According to the TNM staging of liver cancer（2017 AJCC eighth edition）standard,80 patients with primary liver cancer included in this study were staged,of which 3 patients were in stage I,accounting for 3.75% of the total number;7 patients in stage II,8.75% of the total;13 stage III patients,accounting for 16.25%of the total;57 stage IV patients,accounting for 71.25% of the total.（3）The pathological type of most patients in this study was hepatocellular carcinoma,with 69 patients,accounting for 86.25%of the total;followed by 10 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,accounting for 12.5% of the total;1.25% of the total.（4）According to the analysis of treatment methods,there were 23 patients with a history of surgical treatment,accounting for28.75%,and 57 patients without surgery,accounting for 71.25%;53patients with a history of chemotherapy,accounting for 66.25%,and those without chemotherapy.27 patients,accounting for 33.75%;9patients with a history of radiotherapy,accounting for 11.25%,71 patients without radiotherapy,accounting for 88.75%;11 patients with a history of targeted therapy,accounting for 13.75%,no targeted therapy There were 69 patients treated,accounting for86.25%;8 patients with a history of immunotherapy,accounting for10%,72 patients without immunotherapy,accounting for 90%;19patients with a history of interventional therapy,accounting for23.75%,no treatment.There were 61 patients with interventional therapy,accounting for 76.25%;13 patients with ablation history,accounting for 16.25%,and 67 patients without ablation,accounting for 83.75%.（5）In this study,there are 48 drugs with a frequency of use ≥20.The results of the high-frequency drug efficacy analysis show that the tonic drugs have the most flavors,and the total frequency of use is 570 times,of which the qi-regulating drugs are ranked second with 297 times,and the blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs are ranked second.222 times ranked third.（6）The statistical results of the four qi and five flavors show that among the four qi,the use frequency of warm drugs is the most,1135 times,accounting for 36.93% of the total frequency;followed by cold drugs,937 times,accounting for 30.49% of the total frequency;It is a flat drug with 826 times,accounting for 26.88% of the total frequency;the fourth is a cooling drug,with 102 times,accounting for 3.32% of the total frequency;the hot drug with the lowest frequency is 73 times,It accounted for 2.38% of the total frequency,indicating that Professor Luo Xiuli mainly used warm medicines,cold medicines and peaceful medicines in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Among the five flavors,sweet drugs were used the most frequently,up to 1528 times,accounting for 28.52% of the total frequency（5357 times）;bitter drugs ranked second,with 1502 times,accounting for 28.04% of the total frequency;pungent drugs ranked third,accounting for 1276 Second,accounting for 23.82% of the total frequency;followed by salty drugs,sour drugs,light drugs and astringent drugs.According to the statistics of the meridian,the frequency of use of the medicines that return to the spleen meridian is 1683 times,accounting for 19.74% of the total frequency of use,ranking first;the second is the medicines that return to the liver meridian,the frequency of use is 1618 times,accounting for 18.98% of the total frequency of use The third is the drugs that return to the stomach meridian,the frequency of use is 1168 times,accounting for 13.70% of the total frequency of use;other meridians are the lung meridian,kidney meridian,heart meridian,gallbladder meridian,bladder meridian,large intestine meridian,and small intestine meridian.Meridian,Sanjiao Meridian,Pericardial Meridian.（7）Association rule analysis found that the most common drug combinations were turtle shell-hedyotis diffusa,Astragalus-Poria,bark lotus-hedyotis diffusa,Amomum-muxiang,kelp-seaweed,whole scorpion-leech.Among the two association rules,the confidence level of kelp-seaweed is the highest;among the three association rules,the confidence level of turtle shell-leech-quan scorpion,kelp-seaweed-turtle shell,Amomum-muxiang-astragalus is as high as 100%;Among the four association rules,the confidence of the turtle shell-kelp-seaweed-Hedyotis lactiflora,Bupleurum,Citrus aurantium,Yunzhi;C5: Alisma,Polyporus,Guizhi,Corn Silk,Poria;C6: Divine Comedy,Fried Hawthorn;C7: Macaque Pear Root,Codonopsis;C8: Pinellia,Scutellaria,Dried Ginger;C9:Sanleng,Curcuma;C10 : Licorice,tangerine peel;C11: Bran fried Atractylodes,Magnolia,Angelica.Conclusion:Professor Luo Xiuli believes that the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer is mainly related to deficiency of righteous qi,stagnation of liver qi,prolonged dampness,phlegm,and coagulation of blood stasis.Among them,deficiency of righteous qi is the basic pathogenesis of the disease.In the treatment,invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver should be used as the treatment method;at the same time,the treatment should be to clear heat and detoxify,remove blood stasis and disperse knots;secondly,use insect-like drugs to search and tick the meridians,break blood and eliminate symptoms;treat concurrent symptoms.
