Analysis Of Dialectical Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Based On Data Mining

Research Objective : In this study,data mining technology was used to collect and analyze the medication and syndrome types of modern physicians in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,in order to find the dialectical thinking and medication rules of TCM in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers,and to provide some new ideas and reference opinions for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers by TCM.Research method: This study through computer retrieval 2011.01.01—2021.12.01 China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,Chongqing VIP full-text database,Wanfang data knowledge service platform and China Biomedical Literature Service System（CBM）and other four major databases,screening and sort out literatures that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria and establish EXCEL database,and then imported into the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for data collation and cleaning,and then included in the analysis pool.The data mining plate was used to statistically collate and analyze the frequency,attributes,syndromes,efficacy and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the standard database.The dialectical thinking and medication rules of modern physicians in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer disease were extracted.Research Results : A total of 108 articles were included in this study,including 166 prescription data.The literature included all TCM syndromes,and the highest frequency was yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome,heart and spleen accumulation heat syndrome,heart fire inflammation syndrome and spleen and stomach fire syndrome.A total of 218 herbs were involved in 166 prescriptions,including 16 herbs with frequency ≥ 30 times.The descending order of occurrence frequency was as follows :Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Coptis chinensis,Poria cocos,Peony bark,Gardenia jasminoides,Atractylodes macrocephala,Scutellaria baicalensis,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Bamboo leaf,Angelica sinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Cortex phellodendri amurense,Gypsum,Rehmannia glutinosa,yam.At the same time,16 kinds of TCM with frequency ≥ 30 times were used for dose analysis.It was found that Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Coptis chinensis 6.0 g had the highest frequency of use,Rehmannia glutinosa,Rehmannia glutinosa,Ophiopogon japonicus and Dioscorea opposita 15.0 g had the highest frequency of use,Poria 10.0 g and15.0 g had high frequency,Peony bark,Gardenia jasminoides,Scutellaria baicalensis,Anemarrhena asphodeloides,Angelica sinensis and Phellodendron amurense 10.0 g had the highest frequency,Atractylodes 10.0 g and 15.0 g had high frequency,gypsum20 g and 30 g had high frequency.The attribute analysis of 218 Chinese herbal medicines showed that the main functions of the Chinese herbal medicines were as follows : clearing heat and detoxicating,clearing heat and cooling blood,nourishing yin and promoting fluid,clearing heat and drying dampness,clearing heat and purging fire,tonifying spleen and benefiting qi,and relieving pain.The nature of TCM is mainly cold,flat,mild cold and warm,and the flavor is sweet,bitter and pungent.From the perspective of drug meridian,the lung meridian accounts for the largest proportion,followed by the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,heart meridian,kidney meridian and liver meridian.In the correlation analysis,the drug pairs with co-occurrence frequency from high to low included Radix Rehmannia-licorice,Rhizoma Coptidis-Glycyrrhizae,Poria-Glycyrrhizae,etc.,and the drug pairs with confidence from high to low included Rhizoma Alismatis-Pachycos,Radix Codonopsis-Licorice,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Zingiber officinale-Glycyrrhizae,Fructus Gardeniae-Glycyrrhizae,etc.The hierarchical cluster analysis of 32 TCM with frequency ≥ 15 times was carried out,and 6 clustering combinations were obtained : the first category : Poria cocos,Rehmannia glutinosa,Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Forsythia suspensa,Bamboo leaf,Mutong,Gardenia jasminoides,gypsum,wind;second category : Peony bark,Cortex Phellodendri,Anemarrhena,Ophiopogon japonicus;third category : ripe land,yam,Alisma orientalis;fourth category :Atractylodes,hemp,angelica,astragalus;fifth category :Pinellia,Chenpi,Amomum villosum,Codonopsis,dried ginger,licorice;sixth category : Baiji,Niuxi,Baishao,Chishao,Xuanshen.Through the complex network analysis of the TCM used,it was found that the core TCM of recurrent oral ulcer disease was Astragalus diaphragm,Angelica sinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis georgi,Gardenia jasminoides,Phellodendron amurense,Atractylodes macrocephala,Coptis chinensis,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Vegetation types praecox leaves,Poria cocos,Rehmannia glutinosa,Ophiopogon japonicus,Alisma orientalis,Peony bark,yam,Anemarrhena.At the same time,according to the results of correlation analysis between TCM syndrome types and TCM,it can be concluded that the main drugs for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer patients with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency are Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Radix Rehmanniae,Cortex Phellodendri,Poria,yam,Radix Ophiopogonis,Cortex Moutan,etc.,the main drugs for the treatment of heart-spleen accumulation heat syndrome are licorice,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Coptidis,light bamboo leaves,gardenia,Scutellaria baicalensis,gypsum,etc.,and the main drugs for the treatment of heart-fire inflammation syndrome are Radix Rehmanniae,light bamboo leaves,gardenia,etc.Research Conclusion :Through the statistical analysis of the journal literature in recent ten years,it can be found that the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer disease with TCM is mainly based on clearing heat and detoxifying,clearing heat and cooling blood,clearing heat and drying dampness,nourishing yin and generating body fluid,clearing heat and purging fire,supplemented by tonifying spleen and replenishing qi,and relieving pain.Combined with the overall concept of TCM and the guiding ideology of syndrome differentiation and treatment,syndrome differentiation and treatment are carried out according to the different etiology and pathogenesis.This study through data mining technology to explore the TCM treatment of recurrent oral ulcer syndrome differentiation and new methods,hoping to provide accurate and practical guidance for clinical and literature research.
