Analysis Of Multiple Myeloma Syndrome Types And Medication Rules Based On Data Mining

Objective:The purpose of this study is to find out the rules of traditional Chinese medicine’s prescriptions for multiple myeloma and the distribution characteristics of their syndrome types,to discover the important and interlinked content of the syndrome prescription medicine,or to discover new prescriptions and combine TCM clinical experience is expected to better guide clinical medication.Methods:Based on the topics of multiple myeloma(MM)and traditional Chinese medicine,we searched on the Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang database for the literature on the experience of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of MM from 1998 to 2019.According to the characteristics of different databases,subject words combined with free words were comprehensively searched;then the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system v2.5 software was used to establish a standardized MM syndrome-type prescription database,applying frequency statistics,association rules,and cluster analysis to each Syndrome type and prescription information for in-depth analysis and mining.Results:Repeated screening,119 target literatures were obtained,including a total of 162 Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions,including 231 flavors of traditional Chinesemedicine,with a total frequency of 2067 times.The most commonly used Chinese medicines are Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus,Angelica,Licorice,Salvia miltiorrhiza,and Baihua snake Tongue grass,psoralea,continuity,etc.The most widely used drugs are tonic medicines,followed by blood therapy drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and expectorants.Conclusion:The main TCM syndrome types of multiple myeloma are kidney deficiency,blood stasis,stasis of poisonous stasis,spleen and kidney deficiency,sputum stasis and obstruction,and liver and kidney yin deficiency.Syndromes are deficiency,stasis,heat(fire),sputum,and poison.Commonly used rules and regulations are tonic(kidney,liver,spleen),promoting blood circulation,removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying,and resolving phlegm.
