Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Wang In The Treatment Of Spermatorrhea Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective Through data mining technology,this paper analyzed the medication rules and diagnosis and treatment characteristics of Professor Wang in the treatment of spermatorrhea.It summarized his experience in the treatment of spermatorrhea,and inherits the academic thoughts.Methods The medical records of Professor Wang in the diagnosis and treatment of spermatorrhea from March 2008 to December 2020 were collected and screened according to the inclusion criteria.The qualified data were organized into a database.Excel 2019,SPSS21.0 and traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform 3.0 were used for analysis by frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Combined with clinical practice,the prescription laws of Professor Wang in the treatment of spermatorrhea were summarized and sorted out.Results A total of 138 patients were screened,with an average age of（30.52 ±10.97）years.A total of 138 prescriptions were screened,including 189 herbs.The top 10 high frequency drugs used more than 30 times were Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos,Bupleurum,Chinese yam,peony bark,Rosa laevigata,Cornus officinalis,Euryale ferox,Cortex Phellodendri,Alisma orientalis,etc.The therapeutic effects of drugs are mainly deficiency-nourishing drugs,heat-clearing drugs and astringent drugs.The medicinal properties of four-qi drugs are mainly cold,flat and warm.The five drugs were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.Drug meridian attribution is mainly distributed in kidney,liver,spleen,lung and heart.Correlation analysis showed that the drug pairs with high correlation were Poria-Moutan Cortex,Rehmannia glutinosa-Moutan Cortex,Rosa laevigata-Euryale ferox seed,Cornus officinalisyam-Rehmannia glutinosa,Rehmannia glutinosa-Bupleurum.Cluster analysis combined with clinical experience to obtain the core prescription combination of four groups,the first group was:’Cortex Phellodendri,Semen Amomum villosum,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma Atractylodis’;the second group was ’Fuling,Shengdihuang,Shanyao,Mudanpi,Chaihu,Huangbai’;the third group was ’Rehmannia glutinosa,Bupleurum,Poria,Peony bark,Rosa laevigata,Euryale ferox’;the fourth group is ’Dodder,Morinda officinalis,Cornus officinalis,fairy spleen,wolfberry fruit,Rehmannia glutinosa’.Conclusion Professor Wang believed that the lack of solid essence was the basic pathogenesis of spermatorrhea in the treatment of spermatorrhea.He was good at applying the tonic method and astringent method,and had his unique experience in the use of Rehmannia glutinosa.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,pay attention to the patient’s own mental state and be good at doctor-patient communication,which can make the patient get psychological comfort and treatment before receiving drug treatment.The results obtained by data mining reflect the academic thought and medication characteristics of Professor Wang’s treatment of spermatorrhea,and have certain innovation in promoting the inheritance and development of the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.
