Based On The Data Mining Technology, The Rule Of Prescription And Medication Of Professor Wang Yulin's Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma Is Summarized

Objective:Professor Wang Yulin had been engaged in TCM clinical work for more than 50 years,had accumulated rich clinical experience,and had formed a unique diagnosis and treatment ideas in the treatment of asthma.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software V2.5 as the carrier,this paper carried out data mining analysis on the outpatient asthma cases of professor Wang Yulin,summarized Professor Wang Yulin’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma,and analyzed the rule of his medication prescription,so as to provide theoretical reference for the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 173 asthma cases diagnosed and treated by professor Wang Yulin in the famous medical studio of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected,which met the inclusion criteria.First of all,the collected asthma cases were sorted out to standardize them so as to ensure the reliability of data analysis in the later stage.Secondly,the sorted asthma cases information was input into the the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5,through which various mining methods are used to process the medical case data,and finally the analysis results were obtained.Results:Through data mining analysis of asthma cases by the the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5,it can be found that professor Wang Yulin commonly used drugs to treat asthma and obtained the core prescription for asthma treatment,and the new prescription can be obtained through the analysis of this software.Results were as follows:1.The top ten traditional Chinese medicine used frequently were:Ardisia Herb,lumbricus,Taraxacum,Aster tataricus,Perilla seed,Semen lepidii,Fritillaria thunbergii,Seman Sinapis Albae,Radix stemonae,Trichosanthes.2.The core prescription was:Ardisia Herb,lumbricus,Taraxacum,Aster tataricus,Perilla seed,Semen lepidii,Seman Sinapis Albae,Radix stemonae,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fried gardenia.3.the new prescription was:①Radix stemonae,Aster tataricus,Taraxacum,Radix Curcumae;②Fritillaria thunbergii,zaocys dhumnade,Ainsliaea,Epimedium;③Flos arfarae,gypsum,Ephedra,Schizonepeta,radix sileris;④Perilla seed,Fructus Xanthii,cicada,glabrousleaf pittosporum leaf;⑤ almond,ophiopogon root,Trichosanthes,schisandra,Astragalus;⑥ peppermi,glabrousleaf pittosporum leaf,Ainsliaea,Guoshangye;⑦cortex mori radicis,Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,Coptis,Epicarpium citri grandis,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae;⑧cortex mori radicis,ophiopogon root,Coptis,Rhizoma Anemarrhena,Trichosanthes;⑨Epicarpium citri grandi,Fritillaria thunbergii,Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Astragalus.Conclusions:1.Through the excavation and analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,combined with the in-depth interview with Professor Wang Yulin,the clinical experience of Professor Wang Yu lin in identifying and treating bronchial asthma was summarized as follows:(1)Harmony is the most important way to achieve harmony;(2)Harmony of qi activity is suitable for promotion and descending;(3)Phlegm has a way out,evil to good;(4)Applying insecticide and resisting sensitization.2.(1)Extracted professor Wang Yulin’s commonly used drug combination for the treatment of asthma:Ardisia Herb,Aster tataricus,Radix stemonae,Taraxacum relieve cough and reduce sputum;Perilla seed,Semen lepidii,Seman Sinapis Albae relieve asthma;Fritillaria thunbergii,cortex mori radicis,Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,Fried gardenia clear heat,purge lung,and eliminate phlegm;gypsum,Ephedra,Schizonepeta,radix sileri promote lung circulation,relieve asthma,expel wind,relieve exterior syndrome and clear interior;lumbricus,cicada,thunbergii Search for wind and relieve spasm,promote blood circulation,and dredge collateral,and resist allergy;Astragalus,schisandra,Trichosanthes Tonify and strengthen the lung,moisten the lung and collect the lung;Epimedium,gecko Tonify kidney and accept qi,reduce qi and relieve asthma;Tuckahoe,dried orange peel Strengthen spleen and remove dampness.(2)Was good at using miao medicine:Ardisia Herb,glabrousleaf pittosporum leaf.(3)The core prescription was:Ardisia Herb,lumbricus,Taraxacum,Aster tataricus,Perilla seed,Semen lepidii,Seman Sinapis Albae,Radix stemonae,Fritillaria thunbergii,Fried gardenia.
