Analysis Of Fu Shuxiu’s Experience In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform

Objective: Through the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance supporting System(TCMISS),the experience of Professor Fu Shuxiu in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was analyzed and her medication rules were understood.Methods: The cases of polycystic ovary syndrome treated by Professor Fu Shuxiu in the outpatient department of Baoding No.1 Hospital of TCM were collected.The period is from September 2018 to September 2020.The data were processed to some extent,and the TCMISS(V3.0)was used to deeply study the information contained in the data.Basic information such as age and symptoms,as well as the rules of traditional Chinese medicine used,such as sexual taste and efficacy,were summarized in the cases,and the most commonly used core drugs were obtained.Results: 1.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a gynecological disease,and all 372 cases were female,and the included patients were mainly aged 20-34 years.The five most frequent symptoms were late menstruation,dizziness,acne,weakness of waist and knee,and obesity.The most frequent tongue signs are: thin white,thin tongue,white greasy moss.High frequency pulse appears more frequently as follows: pulse sinking chord,pulse sinking,pulse smooth,deep pulse chord.2.A total of 227 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in372 prescriptions,12 of which were used more than 100 times,with a higher proportion of drugs such as tonifying deficiency.In the statistics of nature and flavor,the proportion of warm and flat drugs was higher.In the analysis of five flavors,sweet,bitter and spicy flavors were more frequent.In the analysis of channel tropism,the one that appears more frequently is spleen,liver and kidney.3.A total of 12 drugs were used more than 100 times,including Codonopsis pilosula,prepared liquorice,Zanthophora alba and rehmannia glutinosa,etc.4.When the number of supports is set to 75 and the confidence is 0.9,36 commonly used drug pairs can be obtained.The 36 drug combinations contain a total of 15 traditional Chinese medicines,which can be regarded as the core drugs used by Professor Fu Shuxiu.Conclusion: Through the TCMISS(V3.0),the results show that for the disease of polycystic ovary syndrome,Fu Shuxiu believes that solving the deficiency is the most important.The treatment is mainly to replenish deficiency,giving attention to both specimens,treating the liver and kidney together,caring for the spleen and stomach,and flexibly using drugs according to individual conditions.However,the disease is relatively complex in the actual clinical work,and multiple syndromes and complex syndromes are common.The existing classifications cannot meet the actual needs,and further research,standardization and experimental confirmation are needed to increase the credibility.
