Study On Emotional Problems Affected Factors And Intervention Effect Of Yi Children Affected By AIDS

Background and purposeThe AIDS epidemic in Liangshan Prefecture is relatively serious,and the psychological problems of local Yi children affected by AIDS have attracted more and more attention.This article conducts an in-depth study of the emotion status of Yi people affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture,and determines their specific levels of emotional problems such as depression and anxiety,and analyze the influencing factors of emotional problems;explore intervention strategies suitable for the emotional problems of Yi people in Liangshan Prefecture affected by AIDS,and reduce the depression and anxiety levels of local children affected by AIDS.MethodFirstly,the literature research method was used to analyze the research on emotional problems of children affected by AIDS and intervention programs for children’s emotional problems by domestic and foreign scholars.Then,228 children affected by AIDS were randomly selected as research objects in two schools in Liangshan Prefecture.The general situation questionnaire,children’s anxiety screening scale,children’s depression scale,children’s self-awareness scale,children’s neglect scale and adolescent social support scale surveyed the psychological status of AIDSaffected children in Liangshan,Epidata3.1 was used to establish the relevant database,and SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for data processing.The correlation and influencing factors of the emotional problems of local children affected by AI were analyzed in depth.Finally,an intervention plan combining group psychological counseling and individual psychological counseling was formulated for the emotional problems of Yi children affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture,and psychological intervention was conducted for children affected by AIDS for 6 weeks,and the intervention effect was evaluated.ResultThe detection rate of AIDS-affected children’s anxiety in Liangshan Prefecture was 72.6% and the depression detection rate was 53.4%;the anxiety level of girls affected by AIDS was significantly higher than that of boys,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);The older the children,the more serious of the anxiety and depression problems,the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05);the more frequent family conflicts,the more serious of the anxiety and depression problems of AIDS-affected children,the difference is statistically significant(P< 0.01);There are no significant differences in the emotional problems of children affected by AIDS among different family types and family income sources(P> 0.05);there is a significant correlation between the anxiety,depression,self-awareness,neglect and social support of children affected by AIDS(P< 0.01);children’s own physical condition,age group,gender,emotional neglect,communication neglect and subjective support significantly predict the emotional problems of children affected by AIDS.Through group psychological intervention and individual psychological intervention,the anxiety score of Yi children affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture decreased from42.93±4.66 to 32.80±9.95,and the depression score decreased from 25.85±5.36 to19.60±6.39.Negative emotions were significantly improved(P< 0.001).ConclusionChildren of Yi affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture have more serious emotional problems.The detection rate of depression and anxiety is much higher than the national norm.At the same time,local children affected by AIDS are neglected daily and their social support level is low.Children ’s physical condition,age,gender,emotional neglect,communication neglect,and subjective support have a significant impact on the emotional problems of children affected by AIDS;through systematic intervention,the emotional status of Yi people affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture has been effectively improved,and their anxiety and depression are obviously improve.
