Objective: On the basis of the bridge combined internal fixation system to build modern orthopedic concept, from the aspect of clinical treatment on the system through the research of the effect of the treatment of Multi-segment small medulla femoral fractures in our hospital system for bridge combined internal fixation BCFS treatment of Multi-segment small medulla femoral fractures patients as the research object, and verify and evaluate whether in the clinical application of this system is a effective treatment,.Methods: In this study were retrospectively analyzed in hunan province people’s hospital of traumatic orthopedic ward from September 2014 to February 2020,30 cases of complex femoral fractures,According to AO classification, there were 25 cases of type C,the number of male and female patients with 19 cases,6 cases respectively; In terms of age,All patients underwent open reduction and bridging internal fixation and were followed up for 12 months after surgery.Surgical treatment was performed 14 hours to 14 days after injury, with an average of 4 days. All the cases were closed femoral fractures without nerve or vascular injury or other serious diseases.Make preoperative planning according to fracture type and soft tissue injury; There was no vascular or nerve injury during the operation. The operative time and blood loss were recorded truthfully, and the complications were observed after the operation. After surgery, the patients were reexamined at 1,3,6,and 12 months to evaluate the knee HSS,Harris, and Warden scores, and the healing time was evaluated. The recovery of the knee and hip was monitored, and the effect of the bridged internal fixation system in the clinical treatment of complex femoral fractures was evaluated by repeated measures ANOVA.Results: All 25 patients successfully underwent internal fixation with bridging combined internal fixation system. The operation time was(128.6±32.3)and the blood loss was(379.5±76.3)ml.As the observation time prolonged, the Warden score gradually increased, and the bone healing time was(6.8±2.3)months,the knee HSS score and Harris score increased significantly.6 months after the operation, the knee HSS score and Harris score were 84.6±11.50 and 86.3±9.87,respectively.According to the follow-up results, and No serious complications occurred. The clinical efficacy evaluation was excellent in 15 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 2 cases, and poor in 1 case. The total effective rate was 88%(22/25).Conclusion: The bridging combined internal fixation system is a safe and effective fixation method;it has the advantages of flexible operation and stable fixation. It is suitable for the treatment of complex femoral fractures that cannot be effectively treated by other internal fixation, and can provide a way for other types of fractures.New choice. Conclusion: The bridging combined internal fixation system is a effective fixation method.
