Objective:(1)To study the relationship between serum Cys-C and plasma D-dimer levels and clinical stage in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.(2)To investigate the link between the changes of serum Cys-C and plasma D-dimer levels in patients with non-small cell malignant neoplastic disease once medical care and so the initial treatment of medical care,so on provide certain steering for clinical observe.Methods:(1)Patients with non-small cell lung cancer who met the inclusion criteria during the hospitalization period from January 2018 to January 2020 in a Grade A hospital in Shaanxi Province were selected.(2)General information of NSCLC patients was recorded:gender, age, smoking history, tumor family, pathological type,TNM stage.(3)Serum Cys-C and plasma D-dimer levels were recorded at diagnosis and after two cycles of chemotherapy.(4)Epi Data3.1 was used to establish the database for data entry correction,SPSS25.0 software was used for data analysis, and Graph Pad Prism5.0 software was used for graph drawing. The statistical analysis methods are as follows:All data were tested for normality.Measurement data conforming to normal distribution were represented by mean±standard deviation, and F test,T test and rank sum test were preferred.Pairwise comparison between groups was performed by Bonferroni method,Spearman analysis was used for correlation analysis, and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used for efficacy evaluation.P<0.05was thought of statistically vitalResults:(1)there have been no vital variations in Cys-C and plasma D-dimer levels among different age, sex, smoking history, tumor family, and pathological type groups(P>0.05).(2)The mean serum Cys-C levels in the four groups of NSCLC patients with different TNM stages were significantly different, and the distinction was statistically vital(F=19.304,P<0.001).The mean plasma D-dimer concentration level was also significantly different, and the distinction was statistically vital(F=22.05,P<0.01).With the increase of clinical TNM staging, the mean serum Cys-C level and plasma D-dimer concentration level were increased accordingly.Pair comparison between groups was performed by Bonferroni method, and the variations were statisticallyvital(P<0.05).(3)by the spearman correlation analysis Cys-C and D-dimer average concentration levels and the degree of the TNM staging of non-small cell lung cancer were positively correlated(rs=0.69,the rs=0.76,P<0.05),(4)multiariable logistic regression analysis, plasma and serum Cys-C and non-small cell lung cancer staging have significant correlation(P<0.05),pathological type,TNM stage, age, sex, smoking history, and no significant correlation with non-small cell lung cancer staging(P>0.05).(5)according to the chemotherapy curative effect evaluation standard, the curative effect of non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy can be divided into effective chemotherapy group(CR+PR)and chemotherapy is invalid(PD+SD),serum Cys-C before chemotherapy and plasma D-dimer levels compared with concentration levels after chemotherapy, chemotherapy after effective group of patients with serum Cys C and plasma D-dimer level is obviously decreased,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant, invalid chemotherapy patients serum Cys C and plasma D-dimer level than little change,P>0.05,no statistical significance.6 after chemotherapy Spearson correlation analysis the Cys-C and D-dimer average concentration degrees were positively correlated with the chemotherapy before the initial effect of(rs=0.58,the rs=0.71,P<0.05)multiariable logistic regression analysis, pathological type,TNM staging, serum Cys C and plasma D-dimer and the curative effect of chemotherapy has a significant correlation(P<0.05),age,sex,smoking history, and the curative effect of chemotherapy were not significantly asso CIated(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The concentrations of Cys-C and plasma D-dimer were the same in different age, sex, smoking history, tumor family, and pathological type group, suggesting that their concentrations were not affected by age, sex, smoking history, tumor family, and pathological type.2.Non-small cell lung cancer patients serum Cys C and plasma D-dimer level and has close relation with the clinical TNM staging, increased as the degree of staging evil deeds,Cys-C and D dimer level of concentration also has increasing trend, for early identification of patients with non-small cell lung cancer Clinical stage,to guide the clinical doctors in a timely manner to make judgment, choose different treatment and evaluating prognosis, have clinical significance.3.Non-small cell lung cancer patients serum Cys C and plasma D-dimer levels before and after chemotherapy has a certain relationship with the chemotherapy after the initial effect, can be used as evaluation index, one of the efficacy of chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients with initial curative effect evaluation after chemotherapy, provide strong theoretical basis and clinical practical value, has important clinical significance.
