The Clinical Observation Of The Adding And Decreasing Shengmaisan Soup Combined With Liujunzitang Cooperating Chemotherapy In Treatment With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Belong To Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective： It is to check the group of adding and decreasing shengmaisan combinedwith liujunzitang cooperating chemotherapy(the therapy group) against the group ofchemotherapy(the control group) in the aspects of tumour impersonality effects、 and theclinical symptoms、 the quality of life,the toxic and side effectsof chemotherapy．.Toobserve the clinical curative effect of adding and decreasing shengmaisan combined withliujunzitang in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer belong to deficiency of qiand yin．Methods： The enrolled60patients were assigned to the treated group (30cases) andthe control group (30cases)． The treated group was treated by chemotherapy combinedwith adding and decreasing shengmaisan combined with liujunzitang； While the controlgroup was treated by chemotherapy alone． Twenty-eight days is one period，observe andevaluate the therapeutic effect after two continual periods．Results：⑴Comparison of tumor lesions：CR+PR、 CR+PR+NC，both groupsshow significant statistical difference（P<0.05）；⑵Comparison of clinical syndromes oftwo groups show significant statistical difference（P<0.05）， The therapy group is betterthan the control group in this aspect．⑶Comparison of the quality of life of two groupsshow significant statistical difference（P<0.05）， the quality of life of the therapy group isbetter than the control group．⑷Comparison of toxic and side effects of two groups showsignificant statistical difference（P<0.05）， The therapy group has advantage over thecontrol group in the aspect of toxic and side effects． Conclusion: The chemotherapy combining with the adding and decreasingshengmaisan combined with liujunzitang has a siginificant efficancy in obtaining a highertumor control rate，improving clinical syndroms， making the quality of life better，andreducing the toxic-side effects．...
