| Objective Cervical cancer is one of the three major malignant tumors of women in the world,and the incidence of cervical cancer is increasing year by year.Strengthening the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions will help reduce the incidence of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.There are certain regional differences in HPV infection characteristics due to different host factors and environmental factors of infection.There are differences in the infection rate and infection characteristics of HPV types of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in different countries and regions[1-2].In China as a country with a high incidence of cervical cancer,there are also certain differences in HPV type infections in various regions.This study aims to understand the characteristics of HPV infection in patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions in Yichang and the classification of different HPV genotypes in patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions,which can provide a theoretical basis for the introduction,vaccination and evaluation of HPV vaccine in Yichang.To primary prevention of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in Yichang,at the same time,it can provide relevant statistical data for the characteristics of HPV infection in Hubei.To understand the influencing factors of HPV infection in patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions in Yichang District,and to make early intervention and screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in Yichang,which will help reduce HPV infection rate,reduce cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods(1)Collection of results of TCT and HPV tests conducted during outpatient visits and hospital stays at the People’s Hospital of Yichang City from January 2017 to July2017.The pathology department of Yichang Central People’s Hospital was used as the source of data collection.Collect data on TCT test results and HPV type-infection during the study period and complete the screening of collected data.(2)At the time of drawing,the gynaecologists complete the detailed contents of the TCT and HPV examination application forms and sign the patient’s informed consent form.Through the medical record writing system and pathological examination information of the pathology application,the data related to the influencing factors of the selected cases were collected.(3)Develop a clinical data sheet for the study of HPV-related studies in patients with uniform cervical intraepithelial lesions.TCT test results,HPV type infection status,and influencing factors were collected,summarized,analyzed,and analyzed.Results(1)Overall HPV infection:HPV positive rate was 45.50%,single type infection rate was 28.09%,mixed type infection rate was 17.41%,high risk HPV infection rate was 42.43%,and low risk HPV infection rate was 8.70%.The high-risk types of HPV infection were HPV16,HPV58,HPV52,HPV51,HPV33,HPV39,and the low-risk types were HPV54,HPV43,HPV6.(2)The difference of HPV positive rate between NILM group and ILM group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of high-risk HPV between the NILM group and the ILM group(P<0.05).Single and mixed types of HPV infection were significantly different between the NILM group and the ILM group(P<0.05).(3)The positive rates of HPV in ASCUS,LSIL and HSIL groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)According to the single factor unconditional Logistic regression analysis,the number of production times,the number of abortions,contraceptive methods and HPV infection were statistically different(P?0.05),but there was no significant statistical difference in age,marital status,and whether the menopause was associated with HPV infection(P?0.05).(5)Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis of contraceptive methods,production times and abortion times showed that the frequency of production and the number of abortions were related to HPV infection(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)The type of HPV infection in patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions in Yichang District is dominated by high-risk,single-type infections.(2)The high-risk types of HPV infection were HPV16,HPV58,HPV52,HPV51,HPV33,and the low-risk types were HPV54,HPV43,HPV6.(3)HPV positive rate and high-risk HPV infection rate in patients with cervical intraepithelial lesions were higher than those in cytology negative group.(4)With the severity of cervical intraepithelial lesions increasing,HPV infection rate is on the rise.(5)The number of production≥4 times and the number of abortion≥4 times are independent risk factors for HPV infection. |
