Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused By Ovulation Disorder Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform

Research Objectives Through a cross-sectional study,this study aims to excavate and analyze the rules of the treatment of ovulation disorders with abnormal uterine bleeding(menstrual "excessive" type)through the analysis of clinical research data and the collation of literature materials,and summarize the experience in the treatment of this type of disease,with a view to providing better clinical guidance.Methods This study adopted a cross-sectional study in the observational study,and collected the data of patients diagnosed with ovulatory disorders with abnormal uterine bleeding(menstrual "excessive" category)in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to November 2020.The collection methods were either paper questionnaire filling or mobile phone scanning code filling and directly input into the database.The collection contents included patients’ ages,TCM prescriptions,Chinese patent medicines,TCM characteristic treatments,Western medicine treatment including hormone drug use,diagnosis and scraping,etc.At the same time,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to conduct data mining after collecting TCM prescriptions,and the treatment rules were summarized.Results 1.In this clinical study,a total of 332 cases were collected,of which 37 cases were adolescent(about 11.14%).There were 176 cases of childbearing age(53.02%)and 119 cases of perimenopausal age(35.84%).2.In this study,13 high-frequency drugs were obtained,including madder(270 times)and Paeonia lactiflora(239 times),Aurantii(231 times),Bupleurum(223 times),motherwort(208 times),Puhuang(176 times),Hawthorn(158 times),Coix seed(142 times),Schizonepeta(141 times),Astragalus membranaceus(121 times),Nansha ginseng(115 times),Groundberry elm(111 times),Guanzhong(108 times).3.In this study,the frequency of drug use of four qi from high to low was cold(41.97%),warm(32.47%),flat(18.81%),cool(6.73%)and hot(0.02%).From high to low,the five flavors were bitter(34.62%),sweet(27.05%),sweet(18.02%),sour(12.96%),astringent(5.07%)and salty(2.28%).4.In this study,The order of drug distribution from high to low was liver meridian(3057 times),spleen meridian(1751 times),stomach meridian(1190 times),kidney meridian(927 times),heart meridian(829 times),lung meridian(827 times),large intestine meridian(568 times),bladder meridian(380 times),gallbladder meridian(355 times),pericardium meridian(189 times),small intestine meridian(43 times),trijiao meridian(43 times).42 times).5.In this study,the deficiency tonifying drugs(1123,23.78%)were used the most frequently,followed by hemostatic drugs(834,17.98%),blood-promoting and stasis removing drugs(564,12.16%),and heat-clearing drugs(51,10.80%).6.In this study,based on association rules,the top four commonly used drug use patterns were Bupleurum Aurantii(207 times),Radix Paeoniae Paeonia-Radix Bupleurum(206 times),Radix Paeonia-Fructus Aurantii(199 times),Herba Leonuri(193 times),and the formula was added and subtracted on the basis of Si-Kun Qian.7.In this study,10 core combinations were obtained based on entropy clustering,including white peony root,cohosh root and bupleurum root;Paeonia lactiflora,Fructus Aurantii,Bupleurum,Fructus Ligustri;Cuttlebone,madder,motherwort;Schizonepeta,cuttlebone,ox knee,safflower;Cattail,dogwood,raspberry;Radix Puerariae,Dendrobium,Raspberry,Radix Polygonatum;Astragalus,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Atractylodes Atractylodes;Astragalus membranaceus,Coix seed,Phellodendron chinensis,Atractylodes tractylodes,Dandelion;Schizonepeta,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Radix Achyranthes bidentata,Safflower;Tribulus terrestris,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Safflower.5 new formulae were obtained,including white peony,cohosh,Bupleurum,Fructus Aurantii and Fructus Ligustri.Cuttlebone,madder,motherwort,Schizonepeta,Achyranthes bidentata,safflower;Cattail,Cornus officinalis,Raspberry,Radix Puerariae,Dendrobium,Radix Polygonatum;Astragalus,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Coix Seed,Phellodendron chinense,Dandelion;Schizonepeta,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Achyranthes bidentata,Safflower,Tribulus terrestris.8.In this study,the top five commonly used prescriptions are Kunxi Tang(183 times),Sini San(122 times),Shixiao San(81 times),Simiao Wan(68 times)and Juyuan Decoction(47 times).9.In this study,the top five Chinese patent medicines used mainly included Jingxuening Capsule(77 times),Shenmai Oral Solution(44 times),Shengxuebao Mixture(37 times),Tongmai Dasheng Tablet(18 times),and Dingkundan(15 times).10.In this study,the frequency of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from high to low was acupoint application therapy(121 times),ear acupuncture therapy(103 times),needle embedding therapy(84 times),and moxibustion therapy(7 times).11.In this study,a total of 59 patients used hormone drugs,the top four most used drugs were dydrogesterone tablets(12 cases),medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets(7cases),deoxyprogesterenethinylestradiol tablets(7 cases),and norethindrone(7times).12.In this study,a total of 119 cases of curettage were diagnosed,including 96 cases of perimenopausal period,accounting for 80.67%,23 cases of childbearing age,accounting for 19.33%,and 0 cases of puberty,accounting for 0%.Conclusions1,the treatment of ovulation disorders abnormal uterine bleeding(" too too " type menstrual disease)to stop bleeding and regulating menstruation as the treatment principle,commonly used prescriptions include kun qian soup,sini powder,simiao pill,shixiao powder,juyuan decoction,etc.,in the treatment of " too too " type menstrual disease deficiency,heat,blood stasis of the common mechanism.2.The treatment of ovulation disorders with abnormal uterine bleeding(menstruation "too" category)is mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine decoction,combined with Chinese patent medicine,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatment,western medicine treatment and other comprehensive treatment methods,so as to achieve the purpose of treating the disease.3.It is scientific to analyze the medication rules for the treatment of ovulatory disorder abnormal uterine bleeding(" Tai Tai " menstrual disease)by using the system software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform,and it has important guiding significance in theory for the study of the rules of Chinese medicine formulation and the development of medical resources.
