Analyze The Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Thromboangiitis Obliterans Based On The Auxiliary Platform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

Objective: Using the “Traditional Chinese Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5)”software,excavate the actual application rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thromboangii tis o bliterans from Jan uary 1989 to October 2019 i n the CNKI database,Incl uding common l y used d rugs,basic drug pa irs,drug asso ciation rules,new presc r iptions,etc.It pr ovides a reference ba sis for th e study o f the law of ap plicatio n of traditional Chine se me dicine in t he treatmen t of throm boangiit is obliterans in the clinica l tre at ment of tradi t ional Chine se medicine,as well as its rati onality and effecti veness.Methods: Search t he CNKI databa se fr om January 1989 t o Octob er2019 on the treatm ent o f thr omboan giitis ob literans lite ratur e with trad itional Chine se me dicine,Enter the qualifi ed Ch ines e medicine prescrip tions in th e lit e rature fo r the trea tment of thromboangii tis oblite rans into the “ Traditiona l Chinese Med icin e Inheritance Assi stant Platfor m” software,and use the dat a analysis me thod int egrated in the s ystem to ex plore th e rules of traditional Chine se med icine for the treatmen t of thromb oangiiti s obliterans.Results: A total of 410 literature s were screened out from CNKI database,among whic h 600 were q ualified pres cription s,an d233 Chines e medi cines were associate d with a ll pre scriptio ns.Th ere are 33 drugs with a frequency of ≥60 in the prescription,and the drugs with a frequency of more than 2 00 times are regarded as high-frequency drugs,the order is: ang elica,li corice,achyr anthes,salvia,a stragalus,red peony,hone y suckle,s afflower,a total of8 medicines;According to the s tatistical re sults,28 cor e combinations were obtai ned,a nd 14 n ew prescr iptions evolve d;The drugs ma inly belong to the l iver,he art,and sple en me ridians,and their nature a nd flavor are mainl y warm,cold,calm,bitt er,pungent,and sweet.Conclusion: The drugs for the treatment of thromboangiitis oblans are based on the mechanism of "blood stasis",with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis as the main treatment principle,supplemented by drugs such as clearing heat,tonifying deficiency,warming,relieving wind and spasmodic,relieving pain,supporting toxin and generating muscle,dryness and dampness,dredging collaterals,etc.Flexible syndrome differentiation in clinical application can achieve safe and good curative effect.
