Study On The Correlation Between The Therapeutic Effect Of Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood Circulation In The Treatment Of Dilated Cardiomyopathy And Type A Nuclear Fibrillar Protein Gene(LMNA)

Objective: The effect of Yiqi and activ ating blood circul ation o n dilated cardiomyopathy wa s observed by randomized and controlled trial s,and the relationship betw een the eff ect and th e type a nuclear fibroin gene(LMNA)was ob served,and th e fea sib ility and safety of LMN A were discu sse d,so as to provide a new treatment id ea for clin ical.Methods: A total of 60 patients with heart failure clearly diagnosed as dilated cardiomyopathy with reduced eje ction fraction were sele cted,and the TCM syndrome differentiation that met the in clusion criteria wa s "qi defic iency and blood sta sis syndrome".After se qu encing,the y were randomly div ided into treatment group an d control group with 30 case s in each group ac c ording to random number table method.The two groups were treat ed wit h general treatment,the control group was treated with stan dard we stern medi cine,and the treatment group was treat ed with the treatment pla n of She nqi Siwu Decoction.The observation period wa s uniformly set at 4 month s.Data of safety indicators and effica cy indicators of the two groups were collected before and during the observation period.All patient s were sub jected to genetic testing,a nd the genetic re sults were divided into LMN A ge nome and non-LMNA g enome.SPSS26.0 software was u sed for statistical an alysis of the data after the ob servation.Results:(1)Comp ared with before treatm ent,left ventricular e nd-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left atr ial anteroposter ior diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP and New York heart function in the two group s were improved after treatment,t here was significant difference betwee n the two group s(P < 0.05).(2)The improvement of left atrial diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,TCM syndrome sc ore and New York heart function in the treatment g roup was more obvious than that of the control group,and the differences bet ween the two groups wa s sig nificant(P < 0.05).(3)In the efficacy of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and NT-pro BNP,the difference betwe en the two group s wa s no significant(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment,the differences between the two groups in TCM syndrome score,NT-pro BNP,N YHA c ardiac function e fficacy an d LMNA g ene correlation was no significant(P > 0.05).(5)No obvious adverse reactions were observed and no abnormal safety indexes w ere observed.Conclusion: Compared with stan dard we stern medicine,Sh enqi Siwu decoction combin ed with st andard we stern medicine can more e ffect ively improve clinical symptom s,improve pati ents’ NYH A cardia c functio n grade,reduce TC M syndrome score,and improve patient s’ quality o f life.This prescription has no adverse reaction s,good safety,have thi s indicati on can be promoted.However,there wa s no correlation b etween such efficacy a nd LMN A gene.
