Investigation Between Type Of Syndrome Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome And Related Factors Based On Shui-qi-bing Theory

ObjectiveThis topic through the research of edema in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS),24 h urine protein level,cholesterol level,Triglyceride,Low density lipoproetin,serum Scratinine,Urea nitrogen,C reactive protein level,usage of hormone with Si-shui syndrome,the correlation of TCM for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine disease to provide more scientific and objective basis,It also provides a new idea for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome by TCM syndrome differentiation It provided theoretical evidence for applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbs to treat PNS.MethodsThis experiment was a cross-sectional study,which included 110 PNS patients.The patients were divided into Feng-shui syndrome,Pi-shui syndrome,Zheng-shui syndrome,Si-shui syndrome by diagnosing through observation,interrogation and pulse.And then,pathological and syndrome type of PNS patients were observed.At last,the differences of PNS patients’ age,gender,location of edema,urine protein level,cholesterol level,Triglyceride,Low density lipoproetin,serum Scratinine,Urea nitrogen,C reactive protein level,usage of hormone in Si-shui syndrome were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software.P<0.05 meant statistics difference.Results1.Membranous nephropathy(MN)was the main type of PNS,and there were 21 patients in Feng-shui syndrome,29 patients in Pi-shui syndrome,44 patients in Zhengshui syndrome,16 patients in Shi-shui syndrome.2.Pi-shui and Feng-shui were the main syndromes in PNS patients with 30-50 years old,but Zheng-shui and Shi-shui were the main syndromes in PNS patients over 60 years old.3.Edema of head,face and eyelid was more than others in PNS patients with Feng-shui syndrome;Edema of limbs(especially legs)and whole body was more than others in PNS patients with Pi-shui syndrome;Edema of limbs and whole body was more than others in PNS patients with Zheng-shui syndrome.4.The level of cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,were the highest in Shi-shui syndrome than others(P<0.01);the level of serum Scratinine、urea nitrogen and usage of hormone were the highest in Zheng-shui syndrome than others(P<0.01).Conclusions1.MN was the main type of PNS,and the morbidity of men was higher than women.2.There were correlation between PNS and Si-shui syndrome in patients’ related laboratory indicators,.High cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein level was found in Shi-shui syndrome and high serum Scratinine 、urea nitrogen level was found in Zheng-shui syndrome...
