The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nephrotic Deficiency Syndrome Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome In The Maintenance Stage Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome With The Combination Of Shensiwei Of TCM

Purpose:Through prospective randomized double-blind method,We contrast the defference between the change of integral of symptom and signs,physical signs integral,blood lipid,blood coagulation,live.r and kidney function,the recurrence rate of naintenarice phase and other relat.ed indicators.To observe Shen Si Wei of TCM combined with hormone therapy on the improvement of their primary nephrotic syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency,such as cold,lunbar debility,and cold limbs swelling,night to urinate,nore,god fatigue strength,and so on.It reduces hormone side effects and improves the quality of life of patients and make the Shen Si Wei of TCM better to provide the service for the vast majority of patients.Method:60 cases of patients of yang astheniae type of TCM in ne.phome with glucocorticoid ra.ndomly double blind divided into treatment and control groups by 1:1 ratio.All patients with nephrotie syndrome that met the inclusion criteria were given the same basic treatment.Control group with general treatment and standard hormone therapy,treatment group on the basis of general treatment and standard hormone thera.py in Shen Si Wei of TCM.The Shen Si Wei of TCM is consisted of the particles with Buguzhi 15g,Gouqizi 15g,Tusizi 15g,Yingyanghuo 15g.The above prescription added with boiled water,take it twice after mea.ls.Observe the effe.ct after three months.To observe the changes of the symptoms and signs of the patients and liver and kidney function,coagulation,blood lipid,the recurrence rate of maintenance phase before and after treatment,and to know the best clinical indications and adverse reactions of Shen Si Wei of TCM.Results:1.After treatment,there is significant diference between the total efficiency of treatment group(93.33%)and the contral(76.67%)(P<0.05);This shows that the curative effect of treated is superior to contrast group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,TCM symptom scores in both groups were significantly reduced.Compared with the patients treated with hormone therapy alone,the symptoms of kidney-yang deficiency(edema,weakness of waist and knee,chills and cold limbs,increased nocturia,fatigue and so on)in patients with combined kidney-four herbs were significantly improved(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TG、CHOL and FIB have significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TG、CHOL and FIB were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)·4.Compared with the patients using hormones alone(43.3%),the recurrence rate(16.7%)was significantly reduced in patients with combined renal tetralogy(P<0.05).5.Before and after the treatment group and control group in the treatment of ALT,ALP,BUN and Crea are all in the normal range,no significant difference(P>0.05).None of the patients had found adverse reactions and allergic reactions in the clinical application of Shen Si Wei of TCM.Conclusion:The Shen Si Wei of TCM can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency in the hormone maintenance stage in patients with nephrotic syndrome.It can be better used for patients with kidney Yang deficiency of nephrotic syndrome,particularlly,the improvement of symptoms such as edema,lumbar debility,afraid of the cold and cold limbs,nocturia increased,god fatigue etc.The Shen Si Wei of TCM has the effect of improving hormone therapy to reduce blood viscosity,reducing blood lipid,preventing fatigue,a.nd improving osteoporosis.No adverse re.actions have been found.This study reduced the recurrence rate.
