| Objective:By studying the effects of various dietary fiber on the improvement of hyperinsulinemia during pregnancy and intestinal microecology,and exploring the effects of dietary therapy on hyperinsulinemia patients during pregnancy from the Angle of physiology,it provides a new treatment idea for hyperinsulinemia pregnant women,improves the prenatal and postnatal care,and provides a powerful reference for clinical application.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the standard of sodium and exhaust were randomly divided into experimental group(40 patients)and control group(40 patients)at a ratio of 40:40 by random number method.The patients were observed for12 weeks.Control group: dietary guidance,health education,intervention of subjects’ lifestyle,diet and exercise to make corresponding provisions and other basic intervention.Treatment group: on the basis of the control group,guide to take a variety of dietary fiber every day.No insulin secretants,antibiotics,microecologics or drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility were used in 2 groups during treatment.The scores of TCM phlegm and humidity constitution,fasting insulin,insulin 2 hours after prandial,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours after prandial,fecal flora ratio and other related clinical indexes before and after treatment were recorded and comprehensively analyzed and compared.Results:1.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the experimental group was75%(30/40),and the total effective rate of the control group was 36%(14/38),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The scores of phlegm and dampness constitution in the test group and the control group decreased compared with before treatment,and the reduction of the scores of phlegm and dampness mass in the test group was greater than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The original scores of various symptoms of phlegm and dampness: the scores of "chest tightness and abdominal distension,heavy body discomfort,soft abdomen,greasy forehead,sticky mouth and thick and greasy tongue coating" in the test group were significantly lower than before treatment,with statistical significance.After treatment,the scores of "greasy forehead,sticky mouth and thick greasy tongue coating" in the test group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);4.Blood glucose: There was no significant difference between FPG group and FPG group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,2HPG decreased in both groups,and the 2HPG decreased in experimental group was greater than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);5.Insulin levels: There was no significant difference in FINS and P2 HINS in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FINS and P2 HINS in experimental group were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between FINS group and P2 HINS group(P<0.05);6.Insulin resistance index: there was no significant difference in HOMA-IR before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05);HOMA-IR decreased in experimental group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistical significance in HOMA-IR group(P<0.05);7.Ratio of intestinal microflora rod/coccus: there was statistical significance in the ratio distribution of intestinal microflora rod/bulb in experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,there was statistical significance in the ratio of rod/cocci among the groups(P<0.05);8.During the study period,no abnormal performance was observed in the safety indicators of the patients,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.T test showed no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dietary fiber diet can reduce the levels of fasting insulin,2 hours postprandial insulin,insulin resistance index,and phlegm-dampness constitution score,increase the ratio of intestinal microflora to cocci,and improve the intestinal environment of hyperinsulinemia patients.Dietary fiber diet has important and practical value in clinical application. |
