Discussion On TCM Syndrome Treatment Of Dusty Spots & Study On The Rule Of Medication In Ancient Medical Books

Objective: This study attempts to take "dusty spots" as the protagonist,through consulting the relevant literature about dusty spots in ancient books,analyzing its theory,method,prescription and medicine,systematically summarizing and summarizing the content of dusty spots,and then comparing with modern chloasma,comparing its morphological characteristics,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles,What is the reason why dusty spots are classified as swarthy spots today.Methods: In this study,the "Chinese Medical Dictionary" as the main database,the "Dusty spots" as the subject word search," Dusty spots ",as the key words.The articles about Dusty spots from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty were searched by using the subject words and key words.If there are some articles not included in the Chinese medical dictionary,you can search the original manually in the library.And record its age,author,source,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment,prescription.After the standardization of the included literature and prescriptions,frequency analysis and correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis of the prescriptions.analysis results in combination with TCM theory,and the experience database of ancient doctors in the treatment of Dusty spots was summarized,and then compared with modern chloasma.Results: 1.Through the discovery of Philology:(1)It is the first time that dust spot is used as an independent disease name in the complete book of surgical syndrome and treatment.(2)Dusty spots is most related to the gallbladder and liver meridians.It is related to liver,spleen,lung and kidney(3)The disease of dust spot is caused by wind,cold,heat,dampness,dampness-evil,fire,emotional internal injury and phlegm.2.The results showed that the frequency of tonifying drugs was the highest.The four Qi is mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,the spleen meridian is the most frequent channel,and the two channels of spleen and stomach account for a high proportion.Most of them are tonic drugs..3."dust spot" has two meanings in ancient times.One is similar to the characteristics of modern chloasma,and the other is a manifestation of a variety of diseases.It describes the dark and dull face.The pathogenesis and treatment of chloasma are different from dust spots.Conclusion:(1)The occurrence of dusty spots is based on "deficiency of origin".Under the condition of deficiency of origin,it is injured by external or internal factors.The dysfunction of viscera leads to the dysfunction of Qi and blood circulation,and finally Qi and blood can’t flourish in the face.The key to the disease is the imbalance of Qi and blood circulation,which leads to the absence of Qi and blood.(2)The treatment of dusty spots is characterized by nourishing blood and Qi,invigorating spleen,removing dampness,clearing heat,regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and dispelling wind.Liver,heart,spleen,lung and kidney are all related to the pathogenesis of dusty spots,especially liver and spleen.(3)Nowadays,doctors attribute dusty spots to chloasma,which originates from the complete book of surgical treatment and syndrome.(4)Only some characteristics of "Dusty spots" are similar to chloasma,not equal to chloasma.
