Literature And Clinical Study On Etiology And Pathogenesis Of Laryngeal Carcinoma In Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiveTo explore the name,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and treatment of"laryngeal carcinoma" in ancient literature,and to analyze the Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and pathogenesis of 110 patients with laryngeal carcinoma,and to analyze the commonness of the two.Methods1.Collect and search the electronic edition of ancient Chinese medicine literature,summarize the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine of ancient "laryngeal carcinoma",and explore the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and treatment of ancient "laryngeal carcinoma" based on ancient literature.2.By searching the medical record information of inpatients in otolaryngology department of Zhongshan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,it was diagnosed as laryngeal malignant tumor,and met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion of cases,to explore the TCM syndrome type and pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma.3.Based on the research results of ancient literature and the clinical investigation of laryngeal carcinoma,the TCM syndrome type,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of laryngeal carcinoma were expounded.Results1.After searching for the ancient "laryngeal carcinoma" in 699 parts of the electronic version of the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine,and excluding the same provisions,a total of 12 places were found.Based on the ancient literature,it is concluded that Zang-fu heat toxin,phlegm and blood stasis are the important mechanism of laryngeal carcinoma,and internal deficiency is the important internal cause of laryngeal carcinoma.2.By including 110 cases of laryngeal carcinoma in accordance with the standard,it was concluded that the TCM syndromes of laryngeal carcinoma were divided into phlegm turbid coagulation type,phlegm and blood stasis type,fire toxin heat knot type and deficiency of both qi and yin,the main pathogenesis of which included spleen infirmity and phlegm turbid endogenous,and the main pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma was phlegm turbid and endogenous phlegm,and the main pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma was spleen infirmity and phlegm turbid endogenesis.Liver failure and catharsis,qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation;spleen and stomach heat accumulation,fire toxin endogenous;Zang-fu weakness,qi and blood deficiency.3.Through the ancient literature and clinical case analysis,there is a certain understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of laryngeal cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,and the results have a certain guiding role in guiding the prevention of laryngeal cancer.ConclusionThe TCM syndromes of laryngeal carcinoma are mainly divided into phlegm coagulation type,phlegm and blood stasis type,fire toxin heat syndrome type and deficiency of both qi and yin type,the main pathogenesis of laryngeal carcinoma includes spleen loss,phlegm turbid endogenous,liver failure and diarrhea,qi stagnation and blood stasis phlegm coagulation,spleen and stomach heat accumulation,fire toxin endogenous,spleen and stomach heat accumulation,fire toxin endogenous,liver failure and catharsis,qi stagnation and blood stasis phlegm coagulation,spleen and stomach heat accumulation,fire toxin endogenous;Zang-fu organs are weak,qi and blood deficiency,and has a certain guiding role in preventing the occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma.
