Construction Of Clinical Practice Ability Index System For Master Degree Nursing Students In Colleges And Universities Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective1.Through literature review,group discussion to understand the research status of clinical practice ability of nursing professional degree postgraduates;2.To construct an index system of clinical practice ability of nursing postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine by Delphi expert inquiry method;3.To set the weight of clinical practice ability index system of nursing master degree students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine;4.To test the reliability and validity of the clinical practice ability index system of nursing postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods1.Using the methods of literature review and expert group discussion,and referring to the guiding training program for master of nursing professional degree postgraduates(Trial)issued in 2012,the training program for new nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals(Trial)issued by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2018,and the training program for traditional Chinese medicine specialty nurses in Sichuan Province(2019),to determine the clinical practice ability of nursing postgraduates in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine;2.Delphi expert inquiry method is used to conduct two rounds of expert inquiry on the initially constructed index system.The members of the research group sort out the collected questionnaire and form the final index system after discussion;3.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and yaahp software are used to calculate the weight of indicators;4.According to the constructed index system,280 clinical nurses who have worked for more than five years in two top three traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Sichuan Province and Chongqing city were investigated by questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of the index system of clinical practice ability of master degree nursing students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine were tested.Results1.18 experts participated in the two rounds of expert consultation on the construction of clinical practice ability index system of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100%,and the effective recovery rate was 100%,indicating that the enthusiasm of experts was high;the results of the two rounds of expert consultation showed that the authority coefficients of experts in the two rounds were 0.85 and 0.86,both > 0.7,indicating that the authority degree of experts was high;the two rounds of expert consultation showed that the authority coefficient of experts in the two rounds was 0.85 and 0.86,both > 0.7 The coefficient of variation(CV)of the results were 0.00-0.31 and 0.00-0.24,respectively.The Kendall’s W of the first round experts was 0.214,and the 0)9)(9(67)7)′ of the second round experts was 0.236;2.The weight of clinical practice ability index system of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is based on the importance of clinical practice ability index of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities of TCM(Likert five grade scoring method).AHP method is used to determine the weight of each index and the combined weight of the overall index.In the index system of clinical practice ability of master degree nursing students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,the weight of clinical nursing ability in the first level index is 0.1636,the weight of nursing scientific research ability is 0.4476,the weight of clinical nursing teaching ability is0.1059,and the weight of traditional Chinese medicine nursing ability is 0.2829.The consistency ratio was less than 0.1;3.The reliability and validity of the index system of clinical practice ability of nursing postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine were tested by the critical ratio method.The results showed that the decision value(CR)of all items was greater than 3(P < 0.01),indicating that the items had good discrimination and all items were reserved.In this study,Cronbach’s α coefficient is used to test the reliability of the index system.The results show that the overall Cronbach’s αcoefficient of the index system is 0.996,indicating that the reliability of the index system is good.In this study,content validity index and exploratory factor analysis were used to test the validity of the index system.The results showed that the total content validity index(S-CIV)of the index system was 0.91.The content validity(I-CIV)was0.81-1,which indicated that the content was reasonable;four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.142%,which indicated that the index system structure validity was good.Conclusions1.In this study,Delphi expert inquiry method was used to construct the clinical practice ability index system of nursing master degree students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,including 4 first level indicators,12 second level indicators and 54 third level indicators;2.The weight of clinical practice ability index of master degree graduate students in TCM colleges and universities was determined.The weights of four primary indicators were A.clinical nursing ability(0.1636),B.nursing research ability(0.4476),C.clinical nursing teaching ability(0.1059),D.TCM nursing ability(0.2829).Results the consistency ratio was less than 0.1,which indicated that the weight of all levels of indicators had satisfactory consistency;3.The reliability and validity of the clinical practice ability index system of professional degree postgraduates in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine were tested,and the results were good.
