The Model Construction Based On The Incorporated Education Of Master Of TCM Nursing Specialist And Specialist Nurse Of TCM

Objective:1.Investigate the cognition and suggestions of TCM nursing experts,TCM specialist nurses and TCM MNS about incorporated education of TCM MNS and TCM specialist nurses,combining the results of qualitative interviews with TCM nursing experts and TCM specialist nurses to forming model of the combined training program.Enriching MNS education and reform the education model of MNS in Chinese Medicine University.2.Constructing the core competency standard system for the master’s degree of TCM in TCM University,in order to clarify the training objectives and connotation of the master’s degree in TCM University,which is used to evaluate the incorporated education model,and provide a reference for the ability evaluation and assessment of clinical TCM specialist nurses.Methods:1.First use the questionnaire survey method to understand the cognition and suggestions of the TCM nursing experts,TCM specialist nurses and TCM MNS.2.Afterwards,through the qualitative interview method to have an in-depth understanding of the suggestions of TCM nursing experts and TCM specialist nurses on the construction of the integrated training model.3.Finally,through the expert consultation method,the core competence system of the master’s degree in TCM nursing is established.Results:1.The results of the questionnaire survey on the joint training of the master’s degree in nursing from the TCM hospital school and the TCM nursing school.(1)Cognition of the combined training:87.57%believed that it is necessary to conduct the collaborative education;60.9%believed that the collaborative education program was feasible.(2)Suggestions for the merging plan:The survey respondents believe that the merging training model needs to be regulated in terms of enrollment standards,training directions,curriculum settings,clinical practice,school system arrangements,professional assessment,degree certification.2.The plan is formulated for the coordinated and integrated training of the master’s degree in nursing from the TCM hospital school and the nurse college of TCM.The incorporated education program is conclude Training base;Enrollment selection;Training direction;Curriculum;Clinical practice;Specialty assessment;Degree awarding.3.Construct a core competence system for the master degree of TCM nursing professional degree to provide evaluation reference for training programs.A total of 10 TCM nursing experts participated in two rounds of expert consultation.The return rate of both rounds of questionnaires was 100%.Expert familiarity,judgment coefficient,and authority were 0.93,0.92,and 0.925,respectively.The coefficient of variation of each index in the two rounds of consultation was 0.00.～0.23 and 0.00～0.28,the Kendall coordination coefficients of the two rounds were between 0.141～0.522 and 0.250～0.879 respectively(P<0.05).The core competence system for the master degree of Chinese medicine nursing professional degree was finally determined,including 5 first-level indicators and second-level indicators 10,25 three-level indicators.Conclusion:1.The combined training of a master’s degree in nursing at a TCM hospital in my country and a TCM specialist nurse should focus on the development of TCM specialists.The training model of clinical TCM specialist nursing training and the training of TCM nursing specialists should be carried out at the same time to train senior TCM nursing talents.In the training stage of nursing master degree in the school of Chinese Medicine Hospital,teaching reforms are carried out in terms of enrollment selection,theoretical courses,practical arrangements,and professional and technical assessments.2.The combined training model can be tried out in teaching Chinese medicine hospitals with training bases for specialized nurses of Chinese medicine,coexisting with the existing training models of Chinese medicine hospitals,highlighting the characteristics of the training of nursing specialists in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and perfecting the training methods of nursing specialists in my country.3.Through expert correspondence,this study established the core competence system for the master degree of TCM nursing professional degree,which provides a quantifiable standard for evaluating the core competence of TCM nursing master degree,and provides direction for the training of master degree of nursing professional degree in TCM hospital.
