Jingyuye Oral Liquid is composed of processed Rhizoma Polygonati and Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Folium Mori.Through herbal excavation,sorting out the latest Chinese and foreign literature journals,and combined with the relevant clinical data,the formula was obtained.The function of Rhizoma polygonati is to replenish qi,invigorate spleen,replenish kidney and nourish yin.Mulberry leaves have the characteristics and taste of sweet and bitter cold,which enter the lung and liver meridians and have the effects of dispelling wind-heat,clearing lung-heat and moistening dryness.Mulberry leaves have the characteristics of sweet and slightly cold,and return to the spleen and stomach meridian.They have the effects of nourishing yin,moistening dryness,promoting fluid production and quenching thirst.The combination of these three drugs was in line with the TCM treatment of diabetes with the method of benefiting qi,nourishing yin and clearing heat:benefiting qi,nourishing yin,moistening lung and promoting fluid production,regulating spleen,lung and kidney,and eliminating the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency.On this basis,Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati and Folium Mori are both medicinal materials with homology of medicine and food,and the processing method of Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati is improved by combining the ancient traditional processing method and the modern industrial processing method,and the compound functional oral liquid can be developed.In this study,the processing of Rhizoma polygonati odorati in small compound,the extraction process of polysaccharide in small compound,the pharmacodynamics of the effect of small compound decoction on intestinal flora and the preliminary development of jingyuye oral liquid were systematically studied.Through improving the traditional processing technology and optimizing the extraction process and the formula,the compound functional oral liquid for auxiliary regulation of blood glucose which is suitable for people with diabetes at the initial stage and the critical stage of diabetes and healthy people is finally obtained.Chapter 1 Oral liquid technology The single factor experiment was used to determine the optimal level of each factor in the extraction process,and then the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimal extraction process.The clarification process and flavor preparation process were also determined by single factor orthogonal test,and finally a stable and repeatable preparation process of oral liquid was formed.The solid-liquid ratio was 1:20,the extraction time was 2h,the extraction temperature was 99℃,and the extraction times were three.1% chitosan solution was used as clarifier.The amount of maltitol adde was 6%,that amount of malic acid added was 0.020%,and the amount of citric acid adde was 0.090%.Chapter Ⅱ Determination of main components of oral liquid This chapter mainly investigated the total polysaccharides,total saponins,total polyphenols and stability of the oral liquid and formulated the limit standards.The polysaccharide content is not less than4%,the total saponin content is not less than 0.15%,and the total polyphenol content is not less than 0.05%.Chapter Ⅲ Pharmacology of Oral Liquid The first part of this chapter is the exploration of the structure and abundance of intestinal flora in rats by oral liquid.Oral liquid can significantly recover the intestinal flora disorder in model rats and restore the diversity of intestinal flora.The second part is about the therapeutic and preventive effects of oral liquid on type 2 diabetic rat model and the exploration of its action mechanism.The oral liquid had a significant effect on the normalization and recovery of body weight,food consumption and water consumption,and the overall recovery was good.For the improvement of islet cell inflammation and the repair of islet cells,the effects are quite obvious,such as significantly increasing cell antioxidant capacity,reducing total cholesterol and total triglycerides,and increasing insulin.
