| Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of left-right cross reinforcing and reducing needling for post-stroke spastic hemiparalysis(PSSP),and to provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment of PSSP acupuncture. Methods:A total of 98 PSSP patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(left and right cross reinforcing and purging acupuncture group)and the control group(electroacupuncture group)using a randomized, controlled clinical study method. Both groups received routine basic clinical rehabilitation treatment,in which the treatment group received left and right cross reinforcing and relieving acupuncture treatment, while the control group received electroacupuncture treatment in the affected limb.Subjects in each group received 6 consecutive treatments of one course with one day’s rest for a total of 4 courses. Before and after treatment, the Modified Ashworth Rating Scale(MAS) was used to evaluate the intensity of limb spasm in patients.Simplified EuglMeyer assessment Scale(FUGL-Meyex Assessment Scale(FIL)was used to evaluate the recovery of limb function on the affected side. After data collection was completed, statistical software SPSS25.0 was used for data processing to analyze the efficacy and safety of different acupuncture intervention methods in the treatment of PSSP.Results:1.The baseline difference between the left and right cross reinforcing and reducing acupuncture group and the electro-acupuncture group was not statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05).2.Intra-group comparison: Compared with before treatment, both left and right cross supplementation and diarrhea acupuncture and electroacupuncture could significantly reduce the MAS rating of patients(Pand improve the FMA score(P<0.05)3.Comparison of results between groups: Compared with electroacupuncture, left and right cross supplementation and laxative acupuncture can significantly improve THE MAS rating and FMA score of PSSP patients(P<0.05).4.MAS weight table: After treatment, the limb muscle tension of the affected side of the two groups was reduced compared with that before, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05)For the treatment of upper limbs, the total effective rate was 95.91% in the treatment group and 89.80% in the control group. For the treatment of lower limbs, the total effective rate was 91.84% in the treatment group and 85.71% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.FMA table: After treatment,FMA scores of affected limbs of subjects in both groups increased, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both left and right cross reinforcing and relieving needling techniques and electro-acupuncture techniques can effectively improve the limb spasm of PSSP patients.2.Compared with the electro-acupuncture technique, the left-right cross reinforcing and relieving needling technique has a more significant effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life of PSSP patients. |
