Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the common neurodevelopmental disorder. The mechanism of ADHD is still disputed in multiaspect, like delayed developed frontal lobe,or abnormal neural brain activity, which is mainly including finding the neural mechanism and corresponding neural markers of ADHD.Considering that many researches were based at less sample size and lack of reliability, and some research methods were outdated. In the thesis,ADHD-200 database was used as data source to explore the morphological and functional differences of cerebral cortex under a large sample size, and compare related attributes after constructing morphologically similar network and functionally connected network. This thesis is a surface-based research, both structural magnetic resonance imaging(structural-MRI)data and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(resting-state f MRI)data is divided by desikan-Killiany(D-K)308 atlas.Methods:(1)the anatomical morphological features and resting-state local activity features between ADHD patients and typically developing controls(TDC)were compared;(2)using the connectome-based predictive modeling to explore the differences in brain network between in this two groups;(3)the differences of functional brain network by mapping to Yeo7 network;(4)compareing the local and global features by graph theory. The results showed:(1)ADHD patients and TDC is different in gray matter, surface area, amplitude of low frequency fluctuations,Regional Homogeneity, degree centrality, nodal clustering coefficient, nodal efficiency, nodal local efficiency,assortactivity,small-world coefficient, which is including precentral gyrus, postcentral gyrus, lingual gyrus, orbitofrontal lobe, superior frontal gyrus, middle temporal gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus,precuneus,etc;(2)Morphometric similarity networks(MSN)is better at predicting ADHD Index than functional connected network(FCN);(3)ADHD patients have more greater variant positive FCN,but not in negative FCN;(4)within sensorimotor, between sensorimotor network and dorsolateral network, between limbic network and default mode network, between limbic network and frontoparietal control network, and within default mode network. In conclusion,structural-MRI and resting-state f MRI by surface-based preprocessing revealed the complex neural mechanism of ADHD patients in many aspects, and this thesis provided new ideas and possibilitis for subsequent studies on ADHD and other brain morphology structure.
