Research On The Development Of The Elderly-care Service Mode Integrating Medical Service With Nursing In Hefei City ——Based On The Analysis Of Four Institutions Integrating Medical Service And Nursing

In recent years,with the increased growth of proportion of aged population,China’s population structure has greatly changed.In order to cope with the aging population,meet the diversified demands of elderly-care for seniors and alleviate the increasingly serious elderly-care problem,the elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing came into being.China has actively advocated this service mode and selected pilot cities nationwide to implement it since 2016.Since the aging society has firstly formed in Hefei City in 1997,its degree of aging population has been deepening,with characteristics of high-ages,disability,empty nest and so on.In 2016,Hefei has been identified as a pilot city for the elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing.After five years of pilot reform,the aforementioned new service mode has played an important role in handling with the aging population.At present,the severe aging population urges the government of Hefei City to actively explore and promote the elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing.With the issue of a series of related documents,three types of elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing have been formed,that is,the nursing institution for seniors with medical institutions,the medical institution with elderly-care service and the integrated institution of elderly-care and medical service.Based on this,the author selected 205 senior citizens in Hefei City as research objects,who living in four integrated institutions which belongs to three aforementioned types of institutions,and used several research methods,such as interviewing method,questionnaire method and so on,to do the related research.The research includes the general demographic characteristics and other basic information,the demands to the mode of integrating medical service and elderly-care,and the satisfaction to the now available integrated service in current institutions for the aged.Based on the development of several institutions,the author made an in-depth analysis about the status of three types of the elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing in Hefei City.According to the survey results,there are still a number of problems in its development,to name only a few,uncompleted overall planning,unbalanced resources of development,non-cooperative superstition authorities,imperfect cultivation system of talents and inconsistent service quality.Thus,the author put forward relevant suggestions and strategies for deepening the development of the elderly-care service mode integrating medical service with nursing in Hefei City from following aspects,namely,strengthening socialization forces,optimizing complementary resources,promoting management standardization,building professional teams and introducing incentive mechanisms.Figure [7] table [17] reference [63]...
