Studies On The Nursing Service Of The Institutions With Combination Of Medical And Health Care For The Elderly In Tongliao City Of Inner Mongolia

With the deepening of the aging of China’s population,the problem of providing for the aged has become one of the key issues concerned by the whole society,so that the elderly have access to medical care,the elderly have become the focus of improving and solving the problem of providing for the aged.Due to the aging of the population intensified,half that of number of elderly people suffering from chronic diseases and disability increases,resulting in the pension,medical and health problem increasingly prominent,the traditional medical and pension resources separate endowment way has been difficult to satisfy the increasing of the elderly multi-level pension service demand,high quality,for the endowment institutions,The ability to provide medical services has gradually become the focus of attention of the elderly.Taking Tongliao city as an example,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory and other theories,this paper explores the current situation of Tongliao city’s combination of medical and nursing institutions for the elderly.It is found that there are some problems in Tongliao city,such as imperfect policies,unbalanced development,shortage of professionals and insufficient supply of medical services.On the basis of further analysis of this part of the problems,it can be seen that the problems are mainly caused by the imperfect management coordination mechanism,the low enthusiasm of multiple subjects in participation,the failure to form an effective training mechanism,and the low medical level of pension institutions.This paper draws lessons from the experience of Beijing and Shanghai in the development of medical-old-age care services,and puts forward suggestions to improve the medical-old-age care services in Tongliao based on these experiences.Firstly,it is necessary to establish and improve the system and mechanism of medical-old-age care services and strengthen the coordination and cooperation between departments.Secondly,we should increase financial and social support and expand financing channels.At the same time,it is necessary to build a team of talents for the combination of medical and elderly care services,and improve the quality of the combination of medical and elderly care services in institutions.Finally,we should promote the deep integration of medical and pension resources to meet the multi-level and diversified needs of healthy pension.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in Tongliao city,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for the development of Tongliao city,and promote the healthy development of the combination of medical and nursing care service for the elderly.
