In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s society and economy,the continuous deepening of reforms in the medical and health system,and the continuous improvement of the rule of law society,people’s material life has improved,their awareness of rights protection,and their expectations for health have continued to increase.Although the medical model has changed and the medical environment has been continuously improved and improved,the patient’s health service needs and the medical environment are still conflicting,resulting in an increasing incidence of medical disputes and increasing difficulty in handling.The occurrence of medical disputes will not only affect the normal diagnosis and treatment order of medical institutions,but also affect the physical and mental health of medical staff and the quality of medical services provided to both doctors and patients to varying degrees.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the status quo of the prevention and handling of medical disputes in Dalian in recent years and analyze the causes of the disputes,and to learn from the preventive measures and countermeasures of medical disputes in other provinces,cities and developed countries in China,and to help prevent and deal with medical disputes in Dalian.To deal with,maintain a harmonious and stable doctor-patient relationship,and build a good medical environment to provide reference.This article is based on the research on the relevant documents of medical disputes,through data analysis of 3161 medical dispute cases received by the People’s Mediation Department of Medical Disputes in Dalian from 2014 to 2019,conducts in-depth interviews and analyzes typical cases with staff of relevant departments involved in medical disputes.Investigate and analyze the status quo of prevention and handling of medical disputes in Dalian.From the lack of government awareness of active governance of the medical and health industry,the relatively weak ability of government-led medical institutions to prevent and handle medical disputes,and the government’s overall coordination and coordination of multi-agent management of medical disputes,the role of the government is not obvious.Analyze the problems in the prevention and treatment of medical disputes in Dalian in terms of the disadvantages of the diversified methods of resolving medical disputes after the fact and the insufficient supervision of public opinion,analyze the reasons and propose solutions.Based on the research on the status quo of prevention and treatment of medical disputes in Dalian,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of prevention and treatment of medical disputes in Dalian,from improving the government’s ability to actively manage to build a modern medical and health system,and to improve the doctors and patients in medical institutions under the leadership of the government.Dispute prevention and handling mechanism,government coordination and coordination of multiple entities to give full play to their role,improve the diversified post-event medical dispute resolution system,unblock channels for resolving medical disputes,strengthen supervision of public opinion and play a positive role in public opinion.Provide suggestions in five areas to further improve relevant policies for relevant government departments,Promulgate local laws and regulations to provide a reference for the prevention and handling of medical disputes.It is of great significance to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,maintain a good order in the medical industry,promote the development of the city’s health care,and improve people’s health and well-being.
